I remember seeing a very old photo of an IFC fraternity doing the elephant walk.
I prefer the Delta Elephant Walk. We do the one that Ladygreek is typing about and another one that is bent over and you hold the person's hand in front of you. I suck at explaining it. :D |

The only reason people lie about being Greek is because they want to be down...The only sensible reason, that is. Unfortunately, those have to resort to lying because they may have "rushed" and had not been offered the opportunity to go on line and pledge for their prospective organization. If that is not the case, they're just mentally insane and possibly a pathological liar.

LOL, LadyGreek, why so hostile? Who said I wasn't offered the opportunity to go on line? Go eat your breakfast and come back when you can have some respect for "Non-Greeks", mkay? Thanks.

I apologize for the crudeness, but I have been taking **** from her and her sister(s) all morning. I refuse to go down like a biotch.

Must be a half-slip with NO more elastic.

To go back to the original topic, we don't always let in people from our organization from different chapters. It mostly has to do with certain other chapters in the state that we've had bad experience with in the past, as well as a certain program that nationals has created that not everyone looks favorably upon.
The only real guarantee of admission is coming with another brother. |
Semi back on subject. A while back I oversaw the cancellation of a member for ... well let's just say very legitimate reasons. Good thing we double check Rec authors on the Inat'l database. Sure enough this year that former member sent one in on a PNM. I can't believe someone would have the gall to do that, especially to her home Chapter where the Advisor she went toe to toe with was still advising. In hindsight I shouldn't have been surprised at what she was capable of.
