Awww thanks ladies! Y'all are too kind! Yup at my MIL's again. The movers have packed up my place and it is just me and the kitties in the empty house. Gonna do the updates now and my flight is early tomorrow morning. I am hoping Mr. 1228 (who is already in California) is getting things ready and our internet will be up and running soon.

I was thinking about you today Jill!! I wish we could have met up when I was up your way!! Will you still claim to be one of us Washington gals if we need you to vouch for us???? Travel safe!!

Talked to one of my rushees on Sunday and she was so excited! Bid Day for her was Saturday afternoon. She had a wonderful rush, had the maximum invites back to all parties, and she said Pref night was very tough for her! I am pleased that she ended up with her first choice. I've been so busy I forgot to spill it. My friend's sister is a proud Theta at the University of Idaho.

We are building a pool and the pool guy's daughter just pledged at the University of Arkansas. I wouldn't even mention it, except that he was so funny about it. He told me last week that she was, "trying to get into a frat house or something." I asked if he knew which one and he asked if there was one called Zeta (he pronounced it "Zehda".) :) I told him it is Zayta Taw Alfah. Well he called me this morning about the pool and said he didn't know what happened with Zehda but she ended up joining one called Chi Omega - had I ever heard of it? When I told him she had just joined Chi O's oldest chapter and that they are the largest women's fraternity, he was like, "that's good then?" :)

ETA: I suggested he buy her something red and yellow with an owl on it and he asked me to repeat that so he could write it down.
