Rose: I GOT INTO THE NURSING PROGRAM AFTER A LOOOOONG TWO-YEAR WAIT OMG. I'm soooooo excited! :D Bud: I'm buying my stethoscope next week *heehee*
Thorn: I need to get a physical and I have to get poked with 5 needles :mad: (tetnus booster, diphtheria booster, varicella titre & TB two-series test)

Congrats!!! I've always heard great things about Akron's Nursing Program!

Rose: I got a new job! I'm a Title One Tutor for Grades 3, 4, and 5! I just started this past Tuesday so I'm really trying to get my stuff together so I can set my schedule and start pulling my kiddos!

Thorn: Please keep my uncle in your prayers. He has been in and out and is currently in the hospital with mega heart problems. He just had an emergency surgery yesterday to get a leg pump put in which also moved him to the top of the heart transplant list at University Hospital in Cleveland. If he doesn't get a compatible heart in two weeks he'll have major heart surgery. Thanks!

Rose - YES WE DID!

Bud - I applied for several jobs this weekend, as well as an auto loan, so I'm excited to see if any of these things come to fruition!

Thorn - I'm behind on pretty much all of my bills and one loan in particular that I know I could just pay off if I made an effort...very frustrating!

Thorn: Update on my uncle....he passed away on Friday around 6:25pm. Please keep my family in your prayers. His youngest son just welcomed his first son yesterday around 5:30pm (not even 24 hrs after his father passed away). He is really struggling (along with my aunt and the 3 other boys and their families....as well as my mom) with being happy about his son but not having his dad there to meet him.
