Sorry, sorry sorry! I was so excited I just had to tell you first! :)

As you know, we went to Hershey, PA this weekend..

On Sunday we went to Hershey Gardens (a rose and botanical garden).. we walked around and towards the end there was this HUGE umbrella like tree. I crawled under to look up and he took some pictures. Then.. he tried to take my picture but I moved (not realizing he wanted to take my picture). I had my back to him when he was trying, so I asked if I could atleast turn around so he could take a picture.. so I did.

He took the picture, then put the camera down and next thing I know he's down on one knee!! (all in slow motion..hahahaha!)

Then he said "The past 5 years have been the best 5 years of my life...<I don't recall the middle...> Will You Marry Me?"

I was :eek: the whole time.. I kept saying "Are you for real?" "Are you serious?!?" "Oh my..Oh my.."

Finally, after what felt like 25 minutes (ok, so it was a minute or so..) I said "Of Course!!! Yes!!" and we hugged. :D

My ring is AMAZING..(I don't have a picture yet, but I will soon!)

Its a 1ct center round stone (E Clarity!!) with 2 oval Sapphires on either side on a channel set diamonds.. its BEAUTIFUL!

I am so incredibly happy.. I haven't stopped smiling!! :)

^awwww...how romantic! Congrats! You are going to have to keep us informed of all the ongoings!!!:D

(just as I am losing hope, maybe these long distance relationships do workout! :) )

Rose - My friend Melissa (who, I am in her Wedding next Oct. 8th and she will be my Matrol on honor..) too me to get my nails done today, as a gift. They look SUPER hot (man, I LOVE french manicures!)

Thorn - Last week sucked, BIG time, for exams and work to be done. Ick.. I'm glad that's over with.. but I'm not looking forward to the next few weeks...

Bud - I'm catering a wedding on Saturday.. I need the money BADLY.

Rose~ It's Wed....that means the week is half over! My volleyball team has gotten their act together and we have been playing really well lately. I also had a wonderful weekend with the BF

Thorn~ I have been sooo exhausted lately. I think the gym has cancel my membership cause I haven't been in soooo long. Also, teaching is really getting on my nerves lately. I also broke my sunglasses this morning...ugh..I love my sunglasses!

Bud~ I am getting my hair cut Sat. morning. I love getting pamper! Also, the BF is coming back down, but only to Raleigh this time to see his parents while they are in town. Hopefully I will get to see him!

Hows everyone doing? Anything interesting going on? Does anyone know anything about the Raleigh Alumni Assoication?

Rose~ The Sox won lastnight.. how psyched am I? ;) what curse??:p

Thorn~I have gotten no sleep lastly, most due to the Sox games.

Thorn #2~ This week has been SO busy.. and this weekend I won't have *ANY* time to myself.. not looking forward to that! :(

Bud~I'm going to my parents' house next weekend! I need a weekend away from campus.. BADLY. Mommy and I are going to a bridal expo..should be fun!! :D

Rose~ No work this Tuesday, next Thursday, or the Wed, Thurs., and Friday of Thanksgiving. gotta love November! 2 grading periods down, 4 more to go! Also, one of my sister's had a little legacy last week. I am going to visit them on Sunday, Can't wait! Volleyball season is over, we finished 12-4 and I am glad it is over!

Thorn~ Grades are due tomorrow and I am behind! I've got a lot of running around to do in the next few days. Someone motivate me to go to the gym!!!

Bud~ So many buds for me! :D I am newly single, and actually ok with it! Its almost Christmas and i have actually started shopping. I met a cutie at the North Face store...I've got to go back to see him and take back some sunglasses. I am hoping one of my guy friends and I will do somthing this weekend...we are in discussion about it. He owes me after I carved him a kick-a@# pumpkin! The list goes on and on...
(I'm in an optimistic mood)

Bud: I'm seeing my brother this Saturday.. and I'm meeting his girlfriend. And my parents and my brother are going to see eachother for the first time in almost 6 years!


Amy- The expo is THIS Sunday, but I'll let you know :) Gotchya on the giving up deal.. IM me sometime.. We haven't chatted in a while!

Rose: I'm subbing for the next 2 days for my co-op teacher.. yeah for an EASY paycheck!

Bud: I'm going snowboarding this weekend with my best friend, her BF and her brother.. hopefully we'll have nice weather! :)

ohh...I love this thread...way to go Ann Marie! Have fun snowboarding...I tried skiing this past Feb. and def. was not crazy about it. I am much more of a beach bum than a ski bunny! Congrats on the subbing job. I subbed for my cooperating teacher while i was student teaching...it was soo much nicer when you got paid for it!

Roses ~ sisterhood is simply amazing. I have gotten soo much support from everyone...Mom is doing very well and says she will continue to do so!

Thorn ~ my boards are due in 3 weeks and I am soo far behind. I hate being stressed.

Bud ~ Mom goes to the dr. on Thurs. and we are hoping to hear that the cancers will be treated. Soccer game on Wed. and my team is doing great (2-0), and SPRING BREAK IS AROUND THE CORNER!

Rose: I'm on Spring Break!



Thorn: It's Spring Break and the weather is DISGUSTING. Can winter please stop? I also have a sinus infection.



Buds: I get to go shoe shopping tomorrow!
