Uh, I have seen it recently. I bought the VHS at Wal-Mart for like $3 a couple years back. It's really bad, but I still like it, hence the "nostalgia" comment.

Lucy Liu & Antonio Bandera's Ballastic. That was bad.

A Guy Thing

Actresses were ok (julia stiles and selmar blair) but the plot was sooo predictable!

Cereal Mom with Ricky Lake and Kathleen Turner

Nice screen name. A Piers Anthony fan? I haven't read his books in ages...

I love Jason Lee so I really wanted that movie to be good. But after seeing Stealing Harvard I lost all hope.

It's an interesting phenomenon. Jason Lee and Ben Affleck are ONLY GOOD IN KEVIN SMITH MOVIES (Good Will Hunting counts because Kevin Smith was an exec producer)! Why is this? I do not know. But anyone who has seen Pearl Harbor, Kissing A Fool, Armageddon, Reindeer Games (which would be no one I'm sure) or Bounce (also no one) can tell you that it is true.

I visited my parents this weekend, and my 16-year-old brother insisted that we rent They because he thinks it's such a great movie. Yeah, I thought it was super cheesy, and didn't enjoy watching it because I hate movies where things jump out at you all the time.

Have to add Gothika and War of the Worlds.

I agree with you somewhat on War of the Worlds. I saw it last night. I really liked the first hour, but the second hour was awful. That is weird cause the most climatic part is gone and you are left with a movie that is trying to find a good place to end. Don't get me started on the ending. Blech.
I heard Steven Spielberg say that he started filming the movie last August. Way too quick. He needed to spend another few months on that ending.

Another movie to add to the list...."A.I."  Just bad. Really disappointing for a Spielberg movie.

None of them...these days. I can't remember the last time I watched a good movie.

The Big Bounce was on HBO a while back. I kept trying to give it a try but I wanted to burn every ounce of my skin off every time I attempted watching it. What sadist made that? He should be tarred then feathered.

BOO to whoever mentioned My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Although it helps to come from that sort of background cos you know ALL of the jokes (Windex isn't one of them although apparently cognac or plum brandy cures anything).
