I saw Identity on Sun. and Anger Managment last weekend. Identity was HELLUV good!!! I freaked me out! I recomend everyone go and see it. Anger Managment was really funny too. I love all of Adam Sandlers movies, but whenever I see Jack Nicholson, I remember him from the Shining and that kind of creeps me out. But he was good in the movie :D

sing it, sister! Identity is still creeping me out and I saw it on Saturday! Its one of those movies you keep talking about later on, trying to figure out what really happened.

I just rented Two Weeks Notice. I don't know why this movie didn't do better at the box office, because I thought it was great! Very funny...classic Sandra Bullock.

I just saw the movie Knock Around Guys with Seth Green, Vin Diesel, and John Malcavich. It was pretty decent, but I felt the end left something to be desired.

Lots of movie action this weekend:

I took the Killarney buds and one of their little friends to see the Lizzie McGuire movie which was adorable.

I rented Traffic last night which was very good but it freaked me out a bit because the actress who played Michael Douglas' daughter looks exactly like my younger sister (who is not, by the way, a crackhead)

I saw Lizzie McGuire also. It was pretty cute

I went to see confidence...not too bad, but not worth the $5.50 student price, and $5.50 for the popcorn and soda

I saw X-Men2 today, and Identity a few days ago. I never saw the first X-Men and don't even know anything about the story lines and who are the good guys and bad guys, but the previews looked good so I thought that maybe I'd like it. I thought the special effects were great and it was pretty good, but I think I could have waited until it came on cable to see it. Maybe I would have liked it better if I had some previous knowledge about the story line before I saw the second installment.

Identity was an interesting movie and well done. It was pretty freaky, and definitely left me guessing throughout the film. I had to turn my head at some points in anticipation of seeing something that would make my stomach churn.

I saw Lizzie McGuire - it was adorable!

When I grow up, I wanna look just like Hilary Duff :)

I rented 4 movies this weekend: Titus (based on Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus), X-Men 1 (I wanted to see it before I saw X-Men 2), 1-Hour Photo, and Insomnia. Titus is a freaking strange portrayal of the play, but the play is pretty strange, too, so I guess it fits. It's been a couple of years since I read Titus Andronicus, so I think I may go back and re-read it now. X-Men was good, but I thought it was surprisingly short. It was nice to let my brain relax after the Shakespeare because I watched those two movies back-to-back. I didn't think 1-Hour Photo lived up to the hype, but it was interesting...and creepy to think of those photo guys looking at all of your pictures. Robin Williams was excellent in the movie; he was very restrained and didn't go too over-the top. Insomnia was pretty good, too. Al Pacino did an awesome job, as did Robin Williams, again. All in all, I enjoyed my movie marathon weekend. :)

Has anyone seen Moonlight Mile? I'm think of renting it and wanted some feedback.

MoxieGrrl 05-05-2003 02:32 PM

I rented Real Women Have Curves. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! :) I also saw Swimfan, and I'm really glad I didn't have to pay for it. Jesse Bradford's 5 o'clock shadow scared me. And I caught Scooby Doo on HBO. I really liked it. :)

I didn't know Real Women Have Curves is out on video yet. I'll have to netflix that one for sure.
