I don’t think I’ve ever heard of no release, that’s crazy! DZ had commented that this is the largest pledge class in the sorority’s history :eek:

Kappa Kappa Gamma at South Carolina pledged 179 new members which was quota plus 3. Primary quota was 160 and secondary quota was 16. Chapter total is now 525!

We broke last year's record for PNMs registered with 2506 who began recruitment - I think we were the 2nd largest recruitment in the nation this year.

Wow! Congrats on a successful recruitment! Do you know anything about Theta's announced return to campus? the announcement said Fall 2025, but I see nothing on the University Panhellenic website about it. Was it delayed?

Their recruitment activities actually start tonight! I’m so excited to see their charter class!

Those numbers are crazy.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Alabama, Ole Miss, and Arkansas have gigantic houses and can kinda sorta accommodate giant membership. But South Carolina and Tennessee have much more compact facilities on the scale of the older houses at Bama that have been torn down. How are THEY handling the monster classes?

At least both opened for expansion recently (AGD at UTK and Theta is about to start their recruitment) to alleviate the PC sizes a little. AGD does have a housing lot secured at UTK but Theta I’m not sure.

Correct, they started promoting Theta today and have lots of events planned over the next several weeks. They expect to have a colony selected by mid-September. I got to connect with their three consultants during recruitment as they visited our parties.
