Bought my plane ticket. I'm going to be coming in on July 13. Since I'm a delegate, I wanted to get there the day before the first plenary session starts. Although unless things change, I'm going to arrive in Nashville about 4:50 p.m., which is later than I wanted to, but what can one do?

Have her continue to check the Opryland; call at least a couple of times a week. I managed to get a room last week, but think I'm gonna cancel reservations because I was able to get reservations, but not in the same room each night and I don't wanna hafta change rooms everyday. We have other reservations at the Music City, so have her call there as well.

Have her call headquarters. There are overflow hotels available. With the info regarding the numbers who have registered ;) ...hopefully rooms are still available in Nashville.

I'm just getting off the phone with her. She is a older lady and wants to stay at the host hotel. If anyone plans to cancel their reservation, please e-mail me and I will have her provide her credit card # and name change.

She sounds like my mother. Hopefully something will come through for her. :D

Maybe it's just me, but as a marketing person, I am not sure I would have named my business Pagan..., even if it were my last name. :eek:
