I assume the writers have changed from the first 2 seasons, because the storylines are so weak. I use to be able to relate, but now it's just bad.

What did you all think about last night's ep?

At first I was cheering when Toni peeped Alex's game at that roof party but then I was like but he clearly told Mya this was not his shindig. I guess if Alex had just pulled Mya to the side and explained to her. . . :confused:

I think Toni's green eyed monster was showing and Mya listened to her instead of her man. It wasn't Alex's party, nor was is a public event-it was a private party and it wasn't cool of Mya to show up with her posse expecting to get in. Doesn't matter who else was walking around the party/they had invites, Mya didn't.

I don't think Toni was jealous. I think she was just trying to get Mya to understand the true reason he didn't want her there because Mya sure wasn't catching the hint. Now I can understand not getting your lady's friends into the party, but if you're his woman, there should have been no problem.

Last night's episode

Why is it that Joan cannot make up her mind? She gets on my nerves with her little temper tantrums, especially her getting so angry with Lynn about not mailing her fashion letter 10 years ago in college. I mean, if she was that worried about hearing from the fashion school, why didn't she call them after not hearing from them for a couple of weeks? It makes no sense. She's really gettin on my nerves. Then when she got that promotion, she refused it, but lied to lynn saying she was happy, knowin she wasn't. I bet she'll be right back at that law firm next week. We'll see.

Why would you give Lynn anything THAT IMPORTANT to mail for you?

Who knew until last night that Joan had an interest outside of law and getting married?

Oh and what college does Maya go to that she thought she could write a paper called OH HELL YES!?!?!?!?! I was sitting there like WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!! OKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!

Who told Toni she look good or even decent with her hair like that? I luv short hair .......but that mess wasn't right.

and she thinks that she looks hella fly. . . I think Lynn could work a short do but not the others.

Okay, this might be an ignorant question, but about Toni's hair... if you wear a weave, do you have to give your hear a "break" from it, just like you do if you wear braided extensions for a long time?

She's done the short hair thing in the past, but her long hair was back the following week.

OK "gettin on your nerves" Joan has just about stomped on my last good nerve!!! ImaDiamond you are correct, she is making no sense. If she and Lynn were friends in college then Lynn would have known back then it was important and Joan would have at least made some inquiries regarding her application. :mad: :mad: :mad:

Um, yeah!! A simple, "Did you mail my apps off?", would have worked.

UPN may have it going on during the month of May. Why all the reruns in April? :confused:
