i went to high school with tara reid

i know someone someone in a playstation 2 game..my best friend's b/f is the kicker for our school's football team, and they put him in the college football game

i have an obsession with dead celebrities..i have a box filled with magazines and other stuff from when jerry garcia, kurt cobain, brandon lee, & river phoenix died

i smoked for almost 10 years, and i quit 10 weeks ago

my favorite band is the barenaked ladies, i've seen them in concert 5 times in 4 different states, and would give my left kidney to meet them

i LOVE janis joplin.. and currently on my wall i have a photograph of her and one of the todd macfarlane figures of her(i have more stuff but its in storage)

i graduated high school and pledged when i was 17(i have a very late birthday)

i have been to over 30 concerts

i too can cross my toes/pick stuff up with them

The girl from American Beuty Mena Survary shares a nephew with one of my friends. Her brother married my friend's sister. :)

I went to high school with Sam Forko, he plays professional soccer for the new york team. He got a full ride to some university in conn.

Actually we were good friends.

Please divulge what high school and who? We are all anxious to know!

-my brother and I are born at the beginning of the month: I'm June 1st, my bro is October 4th

-my parents are born in the middle of the month, my mum is July 13 and my Dad is Sept 15

-there are exactly 5 years, 4 months and 3 days between me and my brother


-when I was Dphie's NME my bf was Sigma Chi's Magister; when he was Rush chair I was VP Recruitment, and when he was Consul, I was pres - pretty cheesy :p

-when Pavel Bure played for Vancouver he lived 6 blocks away from me

-since turning 18 I have voted in every election possible: 2 municipal, 2 federal, 1 provincial

-federally I am a PC supporter even though I voted Alliance in 2000 (long story)...

* I was born the day before my mom's birthday and spent my childhood being told that I was "the best birthday present ever"

* I dislocated my shoulder when i was 7 and so one collarbone sticks up an inch or two higher than the other

* I am afraid of revolving doors

* I am allergic to nuts

* I am a compulsive cleaner and neat freak now although as a child I was the biggest slob ever (my mother used to call me Jillian as in "Jillian Jillian Jillian Jiggs, it looks like this room has been lived in by pigs.")

* I was in seventeen plays while I was in high school yet I am not a theater major (history and philosophy instead)

* Quentin Tarantino is my mother's cousin

* I have broken the middle finger on my left hand three times and each time had to wear a splint for several weeks which meant I was unintentionally giving everyone the finger for weeks at a time! (I still can't bend that finger all the way)

* Even though I go to school in the Midwest I will always be a Boston girl at heart

* I love to travel and have been to 24 different countries (I lived abroad when I was younger and we got many many frequent flier miles and hotel points and made EXCELLENT use of them... and I would LOVE to do it all again when i get older)

* My great-great-great grandparents were a nun and a Catholic Bishop (my great-great grandfather was raised in a nunnery b/c of this)

* I have weak enamel on my teeth and have a ridiculous number of fillings b/c of this (it runs in my family - my dad, brother, and one of my aunts have the same problem)

* I can tap dance

Hmmm...I love public speaking.

- I teach it and other classes at a local community college.

- I belong to two fraternal organizations -

- In one of those, our ritual team is two-time International Ritual champions (sort of like a public speaking competition)

- I judge the Ritual competitions in other states than my own

- I have three children, all unplanned, but all the best three things to ever happen to me

- I recently celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary

- I know every shortcut there is in San Antonio

- I almost always start from 2nd gear

- I can turn both of my legs almost completely backwards, while I am standing up. I can also turn one around and walk that way.

- I got swats in school EVERY YEAR from Kindergarten to 9th grade.

- I have flown in a vintage B-29

- My great grandfather was 106 when he died. The irony - he was hit by a car.

- I held on to my virginity until I was 24.

- I can drink an entire 6 pak of tall boys (16 oz beers) in 70 seconds

- I am the only one in my immediate family whos first name doesnt begin with the letter "V"

- I am related to Merriweither Lewis of "Lewis and Clark" fame.

- When I swim, I am faster under water than on the surface.

- I live to go to Mexico. Especially the border towns. WAY FUN.

- I am the king of free stuff. I can get free stuff anywhere, anytime. Usually all you have to do is ask. I also never pay cover on principal. If I want in that bad, I will find a way around it.

- I have never seen a sunrise. (whats there to see? Its a sunset in reverse)

- I had never stayed up for 24 hours until last summer.

- I am most creative and "on" between 10pm and 2 am.

- I loathe mornings.

- I flunked 7th grade, solely because I was lazy. Took summer school tho.

- Scored a perfect 36 on the Science portion of the ACT, a 35 on the English part, and 33 on the social science (or was it literature..Its been so long I dont remeber the parts), but got a 6 on the math. hahahha.

- If left to my own devices, I will sleep uninterrupted for exactly 9 hours and 7 minutes.

- Should I be awakend in the night, I cant go back to bed until I have a 1/2 can of soda and a cookie.

- I am obsessed with the weather channel and road maps.

- I drink sweet tea (iced tea) all the time...year round.

- I suffer horrible allergies and am asthmatic.

- I hate tomatoes. I especially hate tomato juice and do not understand people who drink bloody marys. I come from a belief system that says that tomatoes werent meant to be DRANK.

- I could live off of sausage and eggs.

- I have slept on the same pillows since I was 3. They are FLAT, RATTY, TIRED and SAD. They also travel with me whereever I go.

- I love to work on my truck.

- I am very tactile. I always have to have something in my hands that I can fidgit with - pen, paperclip, cd, anything.

- I consider myself a Texan first, American second. I also cant imagine living anywhere else but Texas, and will bust my ass to make sure I never have too. Love traveling, but Texas is home.

I have a really really bad tea addiction too. Not just any tea, its either gotta be my own, or if its store bought its gotta be Lipton in a bottle, no lemon. I cant pass a store without stopping to get one.

I'm related to Alex Haley (Author of 'Roots' and 'Queen') on my father's side.

-I was born on July 13, same day as my Fraternity's oldest living founder, Donald Terwilliger, who will turn 95 this year (a 75-year difference).

Here's some interesting facts about TriDeltaGal:

-Me and my two best friends all share the first same name, a one is a TriDelt at another chapter.

-My parents almost named me Rhiannon after the Fleetwood Mac song.

-I cried when the season finale of "The Sopranos" last year because I knew I couldn't watch it for another year. I am SERIOUSLY addicted the show.

-pbpck, I was also voted "Most Talkactive" in my senior class and won by a landslide. The other girl got like 30 votes out of 500.

-My family has its own castle in Italy, which is rightfully ours because my grandfather was the eldest son of all of his siblings but some distant cousins live in it.

-My parents moved in my house the day I was born and I have lived there ever since. I came three weeks early while my parents were moving in and because of this I was almost born in the backseat of their Volkswagon Bug because it had no gas from moving back and forth all day.(Iowahawkeye, me too!)

I was voted "Loudest" in my senior class, lol:D

-I shared my Birthday with the late Queen Mum (08/04), she was exactly 75 years older than me.

-Although I quit dance lessons at 13 I still naturally stand in 4th position:rolleyes:

-My sister and I are exactly 4 yrs 6 mths and 4 days apart.

-I am 3rd generation native to Florida.

-My mom is 12 years older than her youngest brother, I am 13 years younger than him, and 12 years older than my youngest cousin.

-Everytime I begin to get involved with an Alumnae chapter we move:(

-I teach introduction to the internet at the local community college

-All of my joints are hyperextended which means I can bend them (backwards and/or forwards) further than most people without pain.

-I too can pick things up with my toes.

-My second toes are longer than my big toes.

-I repeated my junior year voluntarily so that I could go to private school and improve my grades.

-In HS I student directed a one act that got straight superiors at State and was asked to appear at the International Thespian Festival.

-It took me 6 months my junior year in HS to learn to click and drag a mouse and I majored in computers in college.

-I want to be an actress/artist (like Viggo Mortenson)
-I'm the only art major in the honor sorority and frat im in
-I have a small production company...I have made a movie yet, but I'm gonig to when I get a screenplay
