Does anyone know of any small, non-cultural/ethnic, social fraternities out there that aren't NIC members? I know of one: Kappa Delta Phi. Any others?

Kappa is a member of NIC and has been for quite awhile.

I am a member of Kappa Delta Phi National Affiliated Sorority's board of Directors not the Fraternity's Board of Directors so I am not sure of the actual date of membership. However, I do know that the Fraternity has been attending NIC meetings since at least the early 90's.
