Really? I also remember another Commander-In-Chief who wanted the military to go find him. If this had happened while Bush was still in office-people wouldn't be giving him praise. Why should I give it to Obama? I find it a little ironic that this was shown after the Celebrity Apprentice (Trump) and a few days after "confirming" his birth certificate. I have very little respect for Obama but, I have a great deal of respect for our troops. Let's give the thanks to THEM.

What?
Also, intelligence officials?
The President gets credit or blame. That's how it works. Sure, it could have been any other President, or it could have been McCain, but the President gets credit. Having been in the military, I thought you would know that.
Of course the Navy SEALS who went in should get praise. Of course the intelligence community should get praise (and believe me, they've been shat all over since the beginning of the Iraq War, I'm glad one of their successes is finally making it back to us), but the President also gets credit, because he's the President and that's the way it works.
When the Bay of Pigs failed, Kennedy took the blame, and hard. And he'd only been in for 3 months at the time, the invasion was planned long before that.
