Update/Correction for Eastern Kentucky University:

Campus total is 64. It was raised two years ago.

Recruitment this year is August 25-August 30th with the 25th being PNM orientation and 30th Bid Day.

You all have done an amazing job of updating the quota and total numbers for so many campuses. I was cruising the list and found one typo for Cal State Fullerton, the founding date for our DZ chapter is 1968.

I believe Loyola Marymont had a quota of 62 last year and that campus total is 163. I don't live in California, my source is a DZ social network.
University of San Francisco total is 88. I know it sounds funny to have a total since the campus is just getting their second NPC group, maybe it was for all women's groups including locals.

Wish I had more information for my home state, but just this - UT Arlington quota was 18 last January and campus total is 57.

  • Orientation Informational, Button Auditorium, 2 pm (doors open at 1:30). Recruitment registration ends
    If you have not signed up for formal recruitment during the summer, you can do it at this event. Also, if you HAVE signed up, but have not yet paid the $20 enrollment fee, you can provide your check at this event.
  • Round Robins, ADUC, 3-5:50 pm
    Once the informational is completed, Gamma Chi groups will be paired together and then spend 20 minutes with with each sorority, in the student center
Monday/Tuesday, August 22 & 23 REQUIRED
  • "First Round" events, ADUC, 5:30 to 9:15 pm
    ****GATHER AT 5:15 ADUC 1st floor lobby****
    Each day, three sororities will host functions for 45 minutes each (15 minutes in between each event). Potential new members are required to attend all the events each day in order to be eligible to receive a bid to membership.
Wednesday/Thursday, August 24 & 25
  • "Second Round" events, various locations in/around ADUC, 6-8:30 pm
    Each day, three sororities will host functions for one hour each (15 minutes in between each event). Meet ADUC Lobby at 5:45 pm
    Attendance at each is not required to receive a bid to membership, but women are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to go to each.
Friday, No Events
Saturday, August 27
  • PLEASE NOTE: Today is a very important day in the recruitment process. You must be here this day. Please do not plan to go home. If you work, it would be advisable to ask for the day off. If you are unable to, talk to your Gamma Chi.
  • Pick up invitations to preference functions, Greek Life Office, ADUC 204, 11:00 am
    Each sorority will issue to women they have high interest in an invitation to a "preference" event. Only women receiving invitations can go to the events. Potential new members can choose two invitations to accept and you will sign your acceptance with your Gamma Chi. Gamma Chi's will provide you schedules for your functions.
    • 11:30 am
    • 12:45 pm
    • 1:45 End of Last Party
  • Bid Card Completion by PNMs, ADUC, ADUC Grill, 1:50 pm
  • Membership Invitation Pickup, ADUC, 6:00 pm
    This is traditionally called "Rush the Hill" because after a woman receives her bid for membership, she will, with her new sisters, rush up the hill to Fields Hall from ADUC (wear sneekers).
