Okay - somebody help me here. I don't remember if I've asked this before or not (too lazy to look back through the thread) but is/was (since that obvious fall) Orson legally married to Bree since his wife isn't dead?

That's been my questions since Alma showed up as well but I think with her being gone for at least a year (maybe), it can possibly be declared abandonment on Alma's part.
