The recap episode made me feel better about Goldie getting eliminated. She was not really attracted to him enough to continue. They got along and she could have had fun with him hanging out or something, but she could only force herself to kiss him once....I have to give it to her for that. Yuk!!

You could tell NY was uneasy with this elimination. While they waited for Flav, why did she have to rant and rave about what she and Flav did or did not do?

Just like was mentione don TJMS. If Flav would have chosen NY, that could have been ANOTHER show. I belive NY was carried to the end for ratings.

In the end, I'm glad Hoopz won. NY knew she had it in the bag. :rolleyes:

Hoopz face seemed more shocked than extremly happy....I mean she seem like she wasn't really expecting to get picked and kinda realizing that the show is over now and I REALLY have to be with him now...
Granted she was probably happy that she got picked over Ms Ny just becuz of how they felt about each other....but the rest seemed like a startling realization to me.
Maybe it was just me.....

Soror Evaclear, it wasn't just you. I caught that too but heck, I was surprised that she won too! I thought that NY really had Flav under her spell especially after she gave up the bootay. Or maybe she was bad in bed and that's why her butt got booted!!

Maybe she did the show for publicity not really expecting to win, and when she did win it's like Oh lawd what have I done....

Like I said in the other thread, I feel like she was just happy to have won the contest, it had nothing to do with Flav.

Hoopz wanted to win for the sake of winning and beating NY. Reality set in when NY left though. Her face didn't look like she had won her man...she just looked like oh my damn...I've won this cricket.

When they did the recap show last Sunday (the Sunday the Oscars were on), they showed NY's and Hoopz's audition tapes. That's when NY said she was 23.

I heard this morning that Flav and Hoopz broke up already, LOL.

It doesn't suprise me that they've broken up already. Hoopz needs (and deserves) an young, FINE man to be with her.

Flav still has feeling for Brigette, even thought she's married to someone else.:rolleyes: :(

I think they've pushed the reunion show back a week. They're showing I Love Toys until it's time for Hogan Knows Best. I looked at VH1.com and they are not showing Flavor of Love until Wednesday. They have a show airing next Sunday at 8 about Flavor of Love but no description.

I saw that and it ticks me off because they have been saying "next week" for almost a month.

The break-out hit series 'Flavor of Love' was one of VH1's highest-rated ventures ever. Now Flavor Flav brings back all the girls to reunite for the first time.

The show will feature unfinished business between the ladies, including arch enemies Pumkin and New York, who come face-to-face for the first time since the "spitting incident" (oh you KNOW what we're talking about!).

Pumpkin was just on Inside Edition. She has been fired from her substitute teaching job. The school district says that it was not because she was on the show. It is because her fame has become disruptive to a learning environment. She is thinking about suing.

I doubt she'll get sympathy from anyone.

I have many friends who are junior high/high school teachers who purposely don't have a MySpace/blog because they don't want their personal lives aired out to school administration and their students.

If she cared so much about her career, she wouldn't have gone on NEXT or FLAVOR OF LOVE to gain celebrity status. I call BS on the district saying she wasn't fired because of the show. If an employee was doing the kind of stuff she did on TV, I'd question whether or not I'd want her around kids.

If I were a parent of a kid in Miss Pumkin's class, I'd be worried if my kid came home one day and spat on my face. :rolleyes:

they should have let new york beat pumpkins @zz (now that would've been great reality tv). pumpkin talked all that trash, but when new york came after her she was running away.

i loved it when new york said she'd been on pause, told lala to let pumpkin say what she had to say b/c in a minute she was gonna push play and beat her ____!

As for Flav, he looked ever-so-slightly "attractive" tonight. I use that term loosely. Something about him tonight was different.... He looked somwhat human tonight. If he had regular teeth, instead of those gold things, I am sure that he would have looked much better. Sorry, I can't see past gold teeth.

New York is my girl, but I L-O-V-E Goldie!!!! :D

Cherries, Rain, Serious, Ms. Latin, Georgia, and Pumpkin all need to go and jump in the lake!
