I feel like a complete idiot for crying over the results of a reality show, but when I saw that taxi make it to the park first, I started weeping tears of joy.

Chip and Kim played the game well and they proved that you can be nice people, helpful, and ace competitors all at the same time.

This show gets better every season.

This show gets better every season.

Chip and Kim seemed to be the "normal" ones, compared to the two weepy women and the dictator among the losers.

I think this season had too many tests based strictly on physical strength, especially climbing the rock wall and the ladder under the bridge. This gives too much advantage to the young studs.

Maybe it would be fairer (probably not as entertaining) if both team members had to do the climbing.

Of course, Chip (no young stud) won, so who knows.

OH MAN, me too. I was screaming at the tv I was so happy, and just an hour earlier the bowling moms made me cry.

Chip and Kim just rocked the whole time. I loved how they were always having fun everywhere and were so nice -- contrary to what the other players said, they were right to yield Colin and Christie, and WTF were Brandon and Nicole thinking when they were on the boat asking Chip if it was the right island. Hey lazy ass, get off your butt and look at the clue yourself. Ugh.

WOOHOO!!!!!

*So* happy. And I loved how at the beginning they spoke about them being in "Kim Mode" now as opposed to happy "Chip Mode". Hee!

I choked up when Chip talked about how wonderful it was and how special Kim is. And I loved when he called the twins up for the first hug, and how he just *lifted* Phil up off of the podium!

They're truly great people, and I wish them all the best.

Ditto to whoever said that the season gets better everytime.

I can honestly say that had I been a contestant on the AR, I'd probably be more terrible, more conniving, and harder to deal with than Colin. That's the way the game is played, and you'll stop at nothing to be the first one to that finish line.

Putting the million bucks aside though, I think the most important thing about the race is how relationships are tested. It's hit or miss most of the time, but any relationship that comes out stronger in the end is what matters.

That being said, I'm glad that Colin and Christie are engaged. :)

I would only hope that some family member or friend of theirs would point out the fact that before they ever got married that Colin needs to get some help with his attitude. If isn’t doesn’t demoralize her eventually, which you could already see it doing, their kids are going to feel it.

Anyways, I am glad that Chip and Kim won. I think that they def deserved it for the way they played.

They're from Orange County, where I live during the week. I had no idea.
