I think that it's ADPi as well -- although there's a little bit of me that hopes that the Gryffindor Lion is for Phi Mu!!

I have always thought it to be Alpha Phi b/c of the scarlet/bordeaux color :)

Though I secretly hope for DG, I think it's either Pi Beta Phi or Zeta Tau Alpha!

my guess is for Gamma Phi Beta...I think it's pretty obvious: Gamma Phi=GryFfindor (G Phi....GF....GriFfindore) I'm hoping that makes sense typed out like it does in my brain.

I just now got back from vacation and I am LMAO at these posts!! Actually, a couple of people HAVE guessed correctly. OF COURSE I am not going to tell you who is right. When you find out, you can say "Oh what a good girl am I!!"

I've been doing ok with the waiting. Just starting rehearsal for a musical, so that keeps me busy. Just waiting for the Aug. newsletter to come out.....;)

FINALLY something new to say!! I just heard that the first alum. even will probably be on Sept. 20!! I am so excited!! Don't know how I am going to wait that long. Actually, I go back to work on Aug. 11, so work will probably make the time go faster.

Maybe I will finally get to meet the alum president. She was not able to attend the 2 events I have been to.

Okay, so have you gotten a newsletter or an invite or anything yet? Sept 20 (Miss America pageant day, I might add!) is just around the corner -- is there a theme to the event that day? what are you going to wear? Fill us in with all the details!! Have not gotten the invite yet - my "source" says it will be around the end of the month. I have no clue what I am going to wear (par for the course!). All I know is that it is probably going to be at the chapter house at SMU.

Keeping sane??? Well, I'm in a musical that opens Aug. 21 (Kiss Me, Kate) so the rehearsals are at least keeping me busy. Also, I am sad to say, I am writing this from my school library - yep, teachers report back today.:( Boooooo.....

I finally got an invitation to the next alum event. It is NEXT Tues.!! It sounds cute - there are going to be alums at 5 different Starbucks locations around Dallas. You pick one and show up!! I am planning to go the one that the president is hosting, so I can finally meet her!!

Only a week away - I don't have time to get nervous, but I have no idea what to wear!!!!

Well, it's Texas, it's September, it's probably going to be hot!! I think I have a skirt and top that are fall-ish colors, but are lightweight.

Who knows - could be monsooning that day!:p

HMMMMMMMMMMMMM......since y'all are meeting at Starbuck's, how about some MOCHA colored linen slacks, a CREAM colored linen top, and some COFFEE colored strappy sandals! You'd look delectable!
