I do shop at Wal-Mart, but that's because they're on every corner here in Alabama, and they're all Supercenters! I was there on Sunday and most everyone was in their Sunday best. I felt like a heathern in my jeans and t-shirt.

I live in Alabama too and I can drive 15 minutes in any direction to ge to a Wal-Mart supercenter. I can think of 6 off of the top of my head.

And I was one of those in my Sunday's best little ma'am.:p

Oh also:

To me they're both places I would go only to buy small things like toothpaste, deodorant ect. Stuff like that. Plus, I think the people there look pretty trashy, so of course I wouldn't be around people like that very long. Hey, a girl has to keep her pearly whites white. Thanks Walmart.:p

What Targets do you go to? Trashy folx--naw. Casually dressed folx of all income levels--yes.

Now if you are talking about K-Mart then I would agree that the clientele can be rather unkempt.

MG! You guys! I didn't say people who shop at Target are trashy, I just don't shop at Target or Walmart. So I'm a criminal for that? I said the people who shop at Walmart are trashy. The Walmart that I went to doesn't have groceries, and if it did I still wouldn't shop there. Ewwww, the people there look SO gross. I do my grocery shopping at Rainbow or Cub Foods. I needed toothpaste and Walmart just happened to be there so I stopped in for a second. Give me a break!

Your sentence structure did imply that you were including Target.

There are some raunchy Rainbow and Cub Foods stores, too, depending on location.

But the Cub Foods in Knollwood Mall is quite nice. Otherwise, I grocery shop at Byerly's or Kowalskis.

Rainbow or Cub? I guess you like trashy produce, since you live in a metro area with Lund's/Byerly's, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and so many great co-ops and farmer's markets...but that's okay, keep looking down on Target. :D

I should have read ahead - LOL.

I just don't like to associate myself with really low class people, and if you think I'm an idiot for that, then right back atcha!

So did you mean to include Target this time?

cheerfulgreek - what sorority are you a member of?

UGAalum94 05-30-2007 06:55 PM

Is Cheerfulgreek even a real user ? Isn't it really Christiangirl's sock puppet for when she's being particularly unchristian? (Or was this issue resolved in a previous thread?)

J/K.

I'm really attracted to the irony of wearing a stolen WWJD bracelet, but only a stolen one and only now long after the trend.
