No, no. You've misunderstood. The elephants aren't on the highway. They're between the highway. They help keep the medians looking nice. You see, their weight helps pack down the grass, so the government saves money on median maintenance.

The only problem with that is 277 is essentially a bridge over uptown.

I can't. I'm writing my elephant Ella Fitzgerald a letter for her birthday. I have to FedEx it overnight to the Columbus Zoo so she knows I love her. She's getting a great care package from her mommy.:)
