While I have not looked it up, last news story I heard was that Stern's name was on the bill, not Anna's.

Oh, okay, well regardless of whose name was on the bill, she bought the plots to be buried with her son.

Anna's mother is a cold woman. She is so fake. Why can't she just honor Anna's wishes? She is just trying to get back at Anna. The mother wants Daniel's body moved to Texas to be buried there.

Ugh. I agree, why cant she respect her wishes.
Anna's mothers argument is that she raised Daniel until he was 6 or 7 until Anna could afford to take care of him. So she's saying if Anna hated her so much, why would she leave her son in her care? Also Anna's mom feels like it was the drugs and possibly Howard K Stern that made Anna isolate herself from her mom.

Hell, I'll claim that baby.

That baby is mine. Even though that's not humanly possible.

Has anyone stop to consider for a moment what if Dannielyn is actually Howard K. Stern's child .......and what a field day that would be in the press. I don't know what to think about this. May she rest in peace but she was blitzed 1/2 the time and was a bit bizzare. I think he did love her (and what money she did have since the marshall estate is not settled yet). I hope he does win because if it was her wish to be buried next to her son in the Bahamas then i say fight it Howard and i hope you do prove to be the babies father.

If she is his child, then why has he been refusing a paternity test?

I heard on the early show this morning that the nightly news is going to talk about how Judge Sydler may have slight brain damage rom a previous head injury. That could throw a wrench in the wheels, heh?

According to CNN, the judge gave Dannilynn's guardian rights to the body and said the mother, Stern & the other guy would have to figure it out w/ the guardian.

It was announced that Smith would be sent to the Bahamas to be buried by her son... her mother of course is appealing.

So what I want to know is if Dannilynn was the next of kin this WHOLE TIME, why did this hearing take several days?

Anyway, i find it a bit interesting that Stern's name was on the purchase contracts for the burial plots.. this has conspiracy written all over it :)

This explains why he seems to be off kilter. Also, I think he was putting on a show for the cameras.:rolleyes:

That judge talks WAY TOO MUCH! When he started crying, I was completely convinced that this trial is a joke.

Headline on CNN, FOX, MSNBC, etc. four months from now:

"Anna Nicole Smith is still dead."
