Wow. I'on know about this....... |
Umm......BRANDY??????
|
Star will rise to the occassion I am not worried about her as long as she knows whose she is and who is her source! ;) I too am looking at the new View and see that it will be taking a different view-LOL maybe the new viewers will be able to relate to Rosie O'Donnell but I sure can't- I predict they will lose the viewers that Meredith and Star had! and yes the comments about Star Jones-Reynolds in the Entertainment forum were rather tacky!

Not knocking her down from that but I bet that is the reason why ABC was tryypppin' 'cuz they are KNOWN for their hatin' on folks who've found Jesus... I'm serious... ABC/Disney/ESPN has a history about that... So my ironic thought for the day was that F-channel was gonna give Star Jones a nice little call 'cuz they dayum sho can use REPRESENTATION... Now, that'll be interesting... And these F-channel fools are crazy enuf to pay Star for that--she could bring in the Black Conservative Christian Rights together... I dunno if she'd be down for that... But I know she'd better put her JD to work and have it iron clad... |
My $19.20 worth.....
I'm proud of Star. She handled her business. (Like I knew she would.) The proof is in the pudding oh girl Barbara obviously wanted the joy of publicly firing her but really Star beat her to the punch. Now BW and company are the ones looking like fools. I heard someone in the media say that Star bit the hand of the one feeding her. (???? Say What????) NEWFLASH to Barbara---You are not GOD! Star had a life and career way before the View even existed. The View did Star dirty plain and simple. To me that speaks volumes on the the character of the whole BW clan at the View. I hope that BW remembers that what goes around always comes back around. You do somebody dirty today and tomorrow someone else will come along and do you dirty. (It's not a matter of if but a matter of when.) Also another thing that annoyed me was how BW was talking like Star would have a hard time finding a job. I liked the way Al made a point of stating that Star keeps her dues to the NY Bar Association current. Hello! BW and Company need to back the heck up off of Star because really they are out of their league. BW behind is way too old to be acting like a dern child. You would think that she would conduct herself better. Really she needs to get a grip. Hands down Star showed that she is indeed the better WOMAN. She was even woman enough to admit her mistakes. (Something I haven't heard anyone on the View admit.) I don't know what BW is on but Star most certainly walked out of there with grace and dignity. Something BW knows nothing about. For one, Star used her brains and thought the situation through instead of acting on emotions. That's how she made it from April until now. BW is hellbent on being right and keeping mess stirred up. BW jumped up the next day looking a hot mess and talking out the side of her neck. This is what happens when you speak before your THINK. Star will be fine especially now that she has the jealous haters out of her life. Sometimes God moves us out of a situation or place because he has something better for us. I think that Star fully understands that. The View kept using the word 'friend' when it's so obvious that they were not friends to Star. It's so good to know that God always has our back. Also, Brandy as a replacement? Oh Lord! I'm just going to leave that alone..... |

Suit: Wolves Player Watched Porn, Caused Crash
Image Caroline Lowe Reporting (WCCO) Minneapolis On March 30, Minnesota Timberwolves center Eddie Griffin was drunk and masturbating when he crashed his luxury SUV into a parked Suburban outside a store in Minneapolis, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday by the man whose Suburban was hit in the crash. The WCCO-TV I-TEAM obtained copies of 911 calls and store surveillance video of the incident, along with an accident report the police submitted to the state. Several of the 911 callers that night said Griffin was drunk. One witness said Griffin told him he was watching pornography in a DVD player mounted on the dashboard of his Cadillac Escalade SUV when he struck a Chevy Suburban parked on University Avenue Southeast. The location where Griffin crashed is located a couple miles from the Target Center where Griffin had played with his team several hours earlier. Abed Hassuneh, who is the brother of the victim, said Griffin told him, "That he was masturbating himself going down that street. That's how the accident happened because he was not paying attention. He's paying attention to that video and all of a sudden he's shoveled somebody's car on the top of the sidewalk." Interim Minneapolis Police Chief Tim Dolan ordered an internal affairs investigation of the conduct of the two officers who responded to the scene, after the I-TEAM made Dolan aware of allegations about the incident. Key questions are why Griffin wasn't tested for alcohol and why the officers drove him out of the city to his home in St. Paul. Griffin also received tickets for not having a license and inattentive driving. Griffin's damaged SUV was towed to the Minneapolis impound lot. Dolan told the I-TEAM he expects impartial policing. Dolan also said officers must get permission to leave the city. "Obviously, if somebody is drunk and they are driving we want that dealt with by the police officers of Minneapolis," Dolan said. In the video, Griffin can be heard pleading with witnesses to not call police saying, "I can't go to jail." The video also shows Griffin admitting he is drunk and doesn't have a driver's license. The video shows him struggling for minutes to put on his sweatshirt and offering to buy a car for the man who's SUV he crashed into in front of Santana Foods. Griffin was not available for comment. When he was interviewed by reporters after the crash happened, he said he had dropped his cell phone as he drove. The two officers involved in the incident, Daniel Anderson and Matthew Lindquist, have been with the Minneapolis Police Department since October 2001. The officers remain on duty pending the outcome of the internal investigation. (© MMVI, CBS Broadcasting Inc. All Rights Reserved.) I need to be a celebrity millionaire, that way I can drive around watching movies WITHOUT a license and, just in case I get in trouble, I can count on the city police to bail me out. Because it would be crazy to think that the police would actually enforce the law with me *chuckle* I'm rich b*tch!!!
ETA: And Star needs to tell these ppl to mind their own business with regards to her surgery. I was watching one tv show and they had a poll asking whether Star should be obligated to reveal that she had the surgery or not...I mean, what's really going on?? I think ppl are just trying to discount her b/c she lost all that weight and they can't, and they want to say "Well she had surgery so it doesn't count." Only Star needs to be concerned with Star's body and health. She doesn't need to justify herself to anyone. DANG! |
