Yes - some Latina and multicultural sororities have joined the Campus Panhellenic and still conduct a different recruitment, but if you join the National Panhellenic Conference, all of your collegiate chapters that are on a campus with another NPC sorority would have to do recruitment the same way we do.

I know I'm late on this but I think this is a great opportunity to continue to build bridges of communication and network. Why not...sounds good.

Have the PIKES colonized at Howard yet? I work on a campus where the PIKES have recruited more black men than one of the NPHC fraternities on campus....I can't wait to see what happens.

Yep - also, I'm not sure some of them meet the other membership requirements simply because a lot are fairly new organizations.

Sorry...couldn't help it. It seems like every three letter NPC has a chant that goes like that.:) ;) :p

In addition, there are NPC requirements that just don't mesh with NPHC culture. I know that NPC requires disclosure of financial requirements during the recruitment period, while NPHC groups have a little more discretion.

Why do the guys in the pics have different hand signs - some with one finger and some with 3? I thought there was only one for the whole org. If it's super secret stuff I can't know, that's fine. :cool:

You all know that we have songs and chants so a door chant wouldn't be such a huge stretch. :)

We actually have a couple of chants and "circle songs" similar to the one you posted. :p

That's an honest question. Both are commonly used handsigns for that organization. ;) Why exactly BOTH are their signs is something I do not know.
