Awwwww, I was wondering what happened to Jacque.

I'm not sure how much I like Sheryl yet...I've only heard her a few times so far.

There was an announcement on Steve's show last Friday that Jacque was not returning. I really like Shirley, but I'll miss Jacque too. I think Carla (the producer) has a more active role on the show as well. She is funny and I like the banter with Eugene.

BTW... is Eugene real? Or is it Tommy?

I loved Jackie, but since her departure, I don't listen to the show anymore. I tried the new lady, but she is just ok. Well, back to TJMS for me.

I guess I did not listen to Friday's show or if I did it was just in the car around 7:30.

I liked Carla's banter with Eugene who I really believe is Tommy. From time to time, Tommy will talk just like Eugene. Plus Eugene NEVER travels with them.

I listened today and yesterday but I really think my listening will taper to just Tommy's Tips and Strawberry Letter. Otherwise I will listen to a CD. I don't like much talking on the radio but I enjoyed the banter of Jacque, Steve and Tommy.

FYI, Yellow Springs, Ohio is a REAL TOWN near Springfield and Xenia. :rolleyes: at Steve. HMPH.

It may just be that I'm used to hearing Jacque's, but Miss Strawberry's voice is beyond annoying to me. I just hope they don't change the flow of the show, Steve and Nephew Tommy gets me going in the morning.

He sure did. I love how he be calling people 'triflin'. I can't lie I love Steve Harvey I think he is so hilarious!!;) :D

I find him funny as well. None of my friends want to go with me next month to see him in concert with Tommy. :(

Steve had me laughing hard this morning and the Monkey Down song, OMG, I was dying laughing. Tommy had me cracking up talking about being someone's "Boo", he was too accurate.

With the Strawberry letter I was waiting for Steve to say whorish, that's what he called the lady last week. He said in a way that made it funny as hayle.

Did they say why she was not coming back?

From what I remember, he mentioned hardly anything other than going back to tv journalism.

I remember a long time ago when Jacque was talking about a job at ABC. That has been almost a year ago, but maybe she got an offer.

Where's Jacque Reid? That's the question that's flooding my email box. Well, here's what I can tell. Reid is gone from the nationally syndicated Steve Harvey Morning Show. Harvey's former Los Angeles sidekick Shirley Strawberry is his new co-host. Was the parting of Reid and Harvey amicable? Not from what I hear. But nonetheless, Reid is a great talent who'll likely be back on a television or radio network you know and love before you know it!
