My 2 favorite breakup songs: "What If" by Babyface and "I Wish I Wasn't" by Heather Headley. Oh, they both make me want to cry . . . I just had to post the lyrics!
(Plus of course, anything by Brian McKnight is just too depressing during a breakup!)


"What If" by Babyface is the perfect song for the good woman who was dumped! Just imagine the one who dumped you today is the same man who will one day too late regret (as they usually do) that he dumped the best thing that ever happened to him!

You all are suggesting really good songs. I am now motivated to burn a "Antibiotics for a Broken Heart" CD. :D

I made a CD a few years ago entitled "Songs of Heartbreak". I'm going to have to dig it up and find out what songs are on it.
