I think there is a clause in child labor laws that stipulate that it is o k. for children to work in family owned businesses and farms.

I had to open up a new browser instead of clicking to get the link to work for some reason.

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Body piercing and tattoos make way -- the latest fashion trend to hit the Netherlands is eyeball jewellery.

Dutch eye surgeons have implanted tiny pieces of jewellery called "JewelEye" in the mucous membrane of the eyes of six women and one man in cosmetic surgery pioneered by an ophthalmic surgery research and development institute in Rotterdam.

The procedure involves inserting a 3.5 mm (0.13 inch) wide piece of specially developed jewellery -- the range includes a glittering half-moon or heart -- into the eye's mucous membrane under local anaesthetic at a cost of 500 to 1,000 euros (270 to 540 pounds).

Thanks CT4!

I'm with you, contacts is the furthest I will go. That almost looks like fake. Like someone added that with the computer. What's the purpose of it? But I guess people say the same thing about tatoos

Thief Returns Car After 'Texting' Apology
Thu Apr 8,11:17 AM ET Add Strange News - AP to My Yahoo!

SYDNEY, Australia - A distraught woman used cell phone text messages to persuade a thief to return her car.

Lee Alaban, 34, of Port Macquarie had her Holden Commodore sedan stolen while she was at work on March 30, The Daily Telegraph newspaper reported Wednesday.

Her 13-year-old son's cell phone was in the car, so Alaban sent text messages to the thief. She explained that the car was a gift from her father shortly before he died and that presents for her son's birthday, which was on the following day, were in its trunk.

"We exchanged a number of text messages," Alaban told the newspaper. "He started apologizing and I felt I was getting through. Next thing, I got this text saying he will return the car."

14-Year-Old Arrested For "Redneck Club" Initiation

WEIRD PHOTOS: News Of The Strange Slideshow

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. -- A 14-year-old is facing felony charges after investigators say a club initiation on two young brothers went too far. The attack happened in a rural part of Lake County, near Clermont.

Detectives say the unthinkable happened in the woods, on a dirty, moldy mattress on top of a flatbed truck.

"If you want to be part of the Redneck Club, this is an act that had to be committed," explains Lt. Todd Luce, Lake County Sheriff's Office.

Okay now really, what is going on when you are in the house and don't know your child is burning people or and this is killing me holding a knife on CHILDREN making them perform sex acts on each other? This is just a hot mess and maybe I need a longer nap but what does any of what that little criminal made them do have to do with being a redneck.
