Kappa Alpha Theta: We have a LOT more offices than just this.

Vice President (the one who takes over for the prez if necessary)

Person who plans rush
*VP-Membership (and the Recruitment Chair)
Person who guides the pledges

Our Executive board consists of the:
*President
*VP-Administration
*VP-Finance
*VP-Development (plans house retreat, does weekly awards at chapter, and also deals with less fun issues in the house)
*VP-Education
*VP-Membership (Organizes recruitment)
*VP-Public Relations
*VP-Panhellenic (Acts as panhellenic delligate for weekly meetings)

Our President oversees all of the VP's and each VP oversees the other offices in that catagory, and we call that a "Focus Group" that meets every week. For example: the VP-Education Focus Group consists of the VP-E, Music Chair, Scholarship Chair, and the Ritualist.

In my Phi Mu chapter we have a 1st and 2nd Vice President. The 1st deals with committies and the 2nd is in charge of Chapter Development

Our Scholarship Chair and Senior Panhellenic Delegate are on Executive Committee too, but Ritual Chair is not...
