:eek: In all honesty, I would be seriously disappointed, as I would be if it was made impossible for me to achieve any of my other goals/aspirations. I am the type of person who doesn't give up very easily though, so I would probably do a little research to see if there were any loopholes, such as petitions with a certain amount of signatures to have intake reinstated, or something to that effect. If it was the absolute end though, I would take it in stride. I presume that I would eventually get over it, as the other sisterfriends have said, though it would be really hard to see the current members walking around out in public, I would probably get sad from time to time :( . I wouldn't join another org though because I wouldn't be a good member to them because everytime I saw someone from the org I wanted to join, I would be wishing I was a member of that org instead. My heart would not be in the other org and I wouldn't be a great candidate. Once something is in your heart, its hard for it to be removed even if you know it will never come to pass.

If the organization that I wanted to become a part of stopped taking members; I would continue to support their functions, continue to meet members, and continue to build friendships with memberfriends.

Not Becoming a part of an organization would not disappoint me in anyway, because it will only mean that it was not meant for me to become a member in my lifetime. In fact, it would only force me to prove my love for the organization, stay true to it, and continue to strive to build relationships with members on another level of sisterhood.
