greeklawboy bought me a little box of Bertie Botts because he thought I'd get a kick out of it (I did!). So I brought it into work yesterday and havoc ensued as one co-worker mistook "earwax" for banana, and another ate "dirt." I mistook "grass" for watermelon and had to spit it out. :o

I'll have to keep an eye out for them... Mr. aephi alum would get a kick out of them. Do they have any "good" flavors or are they all things like ear wax, dirt, etc? (They are supposed to be "every flavour beans" ... )

Now, do they make Chocolate Frogs? That's more my speed :)

OK I swear, last time I'm posting on this thread today, lol. They do have "good" flavors and there is a flavor guide on the back of the box. The only problem is that many of the "good" and "bad" flavors look alike!

We spent a few minutes yesterday asking, "Is this vomit or toasted marshmallow? Green Apple or spinach?" :eek: You just don't know for sure until you taste it--its Culinary Russian Roulette!

The possibility of getting a vomit-flavored one would be enough reason for me not to try them!

I'm not getting it until the 25th!!! I pre-ordered on Amazon in February and ordered several other items at the same time (they have already been delivered). I just saw a story on the news, and apparently a truck with a shipment of the Book was robbed. A million dollars worth of The Order of the Phoenix was stolen.

They supposedly do, but I've never seen them. I have a weird feeling that you are in Boston. Is that true? If so, the guy I was working with today said they are sold at some convenience store at Harvard Sq. I forgot to look to see if it's true.

Do you know where in Harvard Square? I work semi-near there so I might just have to run over there one day to find them!
