His new one "Crabbuckit" or his earlier "Heaven only Knows"

You can listen to "Crabbuckit" online at his website:

I've heard Crabbuckit before - one of my LJ friends recommended it. It's got a fun beat.

His older stuff is better IMO - try "Anthem (Freeze)" or "Superstar (pts. 1,2,and 3)

If you like K-Os, you'll probably like Zion I as well.

"Dry Your Eyes"....downloaded it the other day, thanks to this post. It really is the saddest song in the universe.

Compare to "Don't Mug Yourself" by the Streets, which might be the funniest song ever . . . and a classic, if you can decipher the British.

PS - Mike Skinner (the scrawny white dude who is 'the Streets') is ugly even by British standards, but he's amazing

Maybe though I haven't listened to anything by Zion (well that I remember)... but I was sold on K-OS live act and club personality... just a great guy to hang with/listen to at the bar/club... but I'll have to look into Zion.

the full name is 'zion i' when you search - look for "warrior's dance", "cheeba cheeba" (the closest to K-Os, obviously no classical guitar though), "leh leh leh", etc

I second both songs and the ugly part.

Kazaa Lite Revolution seems to be very good. Download link here works: http://www.masternewmedia.org/2002/0...kazaa_lite.htm

About 2.5m users online today @ least. They even have Baltimora's Tarzan Boy on there. :p

I don't know anything about this Limewire nonsense. Oh and forget 'Kazaa Media Desktop' from Sharman Networks. It's spyware city, inserts crap into your system's HOSTS file so you have trouble connecting to other sites, its installer tries to connect to stat.livejournal.com (WTF?!). Leave well alone. But this Revolution competitor version = good.

none of these are really obscure, but i don't know what you've got:
artist ------------------- album -------- song
Ben Folds-------------------Live------------Army
Rufus Wainwright --------Want One ----Oh What A World
Booker T. & the MG's-----------------------Green Onions
Nick Drake ---------------Bryter Layter----Fly
Damien Rice-------------------O------------ Volcano
Marc Broussard--------- (live nov 03)---- Change My Mind
2Pac feat. Nas------------------------------- Thugz Mansion (acoustic remix)
Cannonball Adderley -------------------- Autumn Leaves
Thin Lizzy------------------------------------Cowboy Song
Frank Sinatra-------------------------------Someone to Watch Over Me
**Israel "Iz" Kamakawiwo'ole -----
------------Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World

i really like finding live covers. like Train has a live acoustic version of Led Zeppelin's "Ramble On" that's out there. my cousin told me about a group called Scissor Sisters, they've got a great song out now called "Take Your Mama Out."

Imagine - A Perfect Circle

Interesting cover of the John Lennon classic - if you get a chance see if you can catch the video... I doubt it'll make on MTV.
