Holy crap! Coming Soon has given Identity a 10/10 rating. Thats awfully rare.
okay is anyone else being bombarded with these borderline porno pop up ads for The Real World Cancun? |

I saw A Man Apart with Vin Diesel. Let me just say that Vin was the best part of it for me. It was definately a guys movie though.
|
I rented Ghost Ship this week...I have to say, while it was not a spectacular film it was entertaining, however, Julianna Margulies, whom I normally think a good actress- was flat out terrible. Made me sad
Anyway...this weekend I HAVE to see Identity - I love Cusack and mysteries so this looks right up my alley- i will come back later and say what I think! |
LMAO at everyone making fun of Colin Farrell's accent in Phone Booth...I saw it last Saturday and I spent 1/2 the movie trying to figure out what accent he was trying to do. I cracked up at the part where he was talking about being from Brooklyn...riiiiight. BTW, am I the only woman who does not find him attractive? His eyebrows freak me out.
I really want to see Identity but I think I'm going to have to wait a few weeks. No one ruin it for me! |

IDENTITY! Yay!
After tonight I will start a thread where people who have seen it can discuss, and have spoliers and stuff. So people who aren't seeing it tonight, beware of the new thread! :D |

It was so great. I saw it last night and I loved it! |
I'm going to see Identity opening night (tonight, FRI). I've been looking forward to seeing this for a while. I love thrillers, and everything I read about this has been really positive, saying the movie has a lot of twists, and keeps you guessing til the end.
(I saw Beckham too, and thought it was better than My Big Fat Piece O Crap-- at least there was sports in it) |
I saw "The Recruit" last night. I really liked it, even though I didn't even know what it was going to be about. It was my first Colin Farrell experience, and I thought he did a really good job.
|
Whoohoo! I saw two movie this weekend a la Blockbuster. Drumline, which I thought was good. It had that "MTV movie" feel to it, which gave a touch o' cheesiness. Also, The Legend of Ron Jeremy. Bwahahahahahaha...!!! It was a documentary of his life and career. Who would have thought that he was dying to go legit?
(There were also scenes where he was becoming an honorary TKE. Hehehehe...they made him a paddle too. "Hey guys, I can't go out tonight. I have to finish Ron Jeremy's paddle!" LOL) |

However, my friend is forcing me to see Malibu's Most Wanted today even though I wanted to see "The Quiet American" with tasty Brendan Frasier. This is the same friend that wouldn't see "The Pianist" with me as she said "it was too depressing" yet she is a History major. We all know history is a highly uplifting subject ha. |
I just came back from Anger Management. It was ok. It looked like it would be funnier from the trailers. Definitely not as good as Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore.
|
hey ya'll, I saw Identity this weekend and it is AWESOME! Totally scary, a little gory, and absolutely surprising. I thought I figured the ending out at least 3 times and each time I was wrong. Even at the end I was wrong! It was so good. My poor boyfriend - I think I left bruises on his arm from squeezing too hard!
|
I didn't see any new movies this weekend but I watched Adventures in Babysitting at 2 in the morning, lol. :)
