Don't you ever wonder how people get like that? I mean what did they have to EAT to get to this point. You dont' just wake up weighing 500 pounds. eeeek

That's what I wonder, how someone could end up getting to the point where they are not only morbidly obese, but even beyond that.

Utter lack of selfwill or sincere desire for improvement.

Depression and a strong demand for porn from skinny guys with a fetish.

I think that once you get to a certain point, it's very hard to exercise (or in some cases, MOVE), so starting to change your lifestyle at that point can be hard.

But I still don't know how you get to that point.

Yeah, cause for some reason the chicks in that last picture definately have looks on their faces that say, "Yeah, I think I'm hot.... And you know you do too."

But ewwww..... That is honestly disgusting. And this is not the superficial, "OMG that girl's butt is SO big!". This is like sad and disturbing fat. :(

It's Bush's fault. :D

Gastric bypass surgery seems to work, of course those two would need a forklift to pick up the excess skin after they lost the weight.
I can't even tell where their knees ar!e!!! YUCK

i saw this girl today whose legs were soooo big that they were stuck together when she was walking. the only thing moving was from the knee down. she also had fat bulging from everywhere: arms, back, stomache.....

Gastric bypass surgery (or lap-banding, the newest procedure) are not cure-alls. Before they'll even give you the surgery, you have to go through nutritional and emotional counseling. Even then, (if they're reputable) they'll only do it if you're willing to change your diet considerably. If you're just lazy and looking for the easy way out, chances are you're not getting the surgery.

I've never really understood it; there were two points in my life where I was badly out of shape, and both times I lost between 30-40 pounds to get myself back into working order. Now, I know there will be points where I won't be in great shape, but no way I'd let myself get to the "morbidly obese" category.
