I think the key to it is shopping early. There are tons of cute white dresses online now.

That's really the key to putting together a great recruitment look for any chapter. Get the information to the chapter early enough that they have ample time to shop around. Like, now. Not August.

Also, keep it simple. Ex: Work with colors that are easy to find or provide a range of colors (ex: the pink dress set.) Even better: try to work with staples that everyone has, like striped tops and khakis.)

Oh, I totally agree, I'm just saying that, in my chapter, everyone would have pulled out their godawful initiation dresses, and the advisors would have really had to throw down.

We asked women to show us their outfits in April, so there was ample time to fix any issues before fall rush.

I really like the sleeved dresses you posted in this one--any chance you still have info on the brands/models? I'm playing in a classical piano duo on a cruise ship this fall and will need some cute concert-black dresses that don't show too much! (It's really hard to shop around here so I'm relying on Ebay mostly...)

The rest of the outfits are generally cute, but I might be careful about things like the brightly colored bottoms, khaki skirts, etc--these are really unflattering on my own, fairly common body type (not that I'm overweight; I just have proportionally heavy legs) and if I were determining the dress codes, I'd want to make sure everything would work well on the majority of body shapes. It does seem that a lot of the trends from the past 5 years or so work better on those with skinny legs, but a bit of a belly, so it might take a little more work to find cute items for those of us not built like that :p Great ideas though!
