My internet turnoff is bad spelling and grammar. I have so little to go on, if my first impression of you is that you never got past 1st grade in those areas, I don't care how hot you are, I won't look any further.
Real life turnoff? I really can't say. Things that work like crazy for one person don't work for another.

Bad teeth is on my list, but personally I'm more worried about clean teeth than straight ones. No lie, it helps to have a beautiful set of chompers, but not everyone got braces as a kid for whatever reason. And blindingly white teeth creep me out. I have to use whitening strips due to smoking and a diet coke addiction, but I only take off the stains...I don't change the color. And that's all I'm looking for with a dude. Basic hygiene.
That being said, I did date a guy from England that lived up to the teeth stereotype...he was a very clean guy, mouth included, but they were horribly crooked, and smoke stained. It wasn't an actual turn off, but it wasn't exactly my favorite part of him, either.
