I canNOT believe that they sent Nikko home before Constantine. I just can't. I'm not tooo mad though, I would have never watched AI again if Travis woulda stayed, lol.

I watched tonight's elimination and GAGGED when I heard that Travis sang EVERY LITTLE STEP. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!?!?!? If he had stayed, next week I bet you he would have sang SUMMER BUNNIES by Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrra Kelly.

Not only did he go there he was actually beat boxing :eek:

According to the official FOX AI site(idolonfox.com) it states that Mario was withdrawn from the competiton... so hopefully that means that NIKKO is back in... I'll keep checking the site to make sure this isn't a hoax

Nikko is also on the commercials for the Top 12! Just thought I add that in.

Rumors on the News said he left because of personal reasons. But they believe he left because MCA offered him a deal and he figured that was his chance of a lifetime. They said he had been complaining previously because the American Idol contract had so many stipulations on not accepting various deals while in the competition. He also wanted to help out his family.

If this is true, good for him for working AI to his advantage. He got a lot of exposure, without having the ridiculous contract ties that come with being in the top 12/10. In all honestly, those people get really screwed b/c they're AI's slaves for a year. I'm guessing that they don't get paid a huge wage, and probably not a percentage of the profits.

Kelly has had moderate success after winning AI. Ruben seems to have disappeared, at least from the pop charts. Fantasia didn't really do much in the pop charts either. Winning AI doesn't really seem to get you all that much.

LOL @ MCA. That label hasn't done too much as a label for artists in yearrrsssssssssss. LOL

It took us a little longer than we would have liked, but we think we have finally gotten to the bottom of why the odds-on favorite, Mario Vasquez, dropped out of American Idol. And, sad for us but good for all of the sexy hetero gals that read PageSixSixSix.com, there is no gay scandal to report.

As late as yesterday morning, Vasquez said on his appearance on Live with Regis & Kelly that he left for personal reasons and that he had fallen out of love with Idol. Excuse us while we wipe our ass with that!

Some have speculated that Mario left Idol because he didn't want to be tied down to the very restrictive contract that the twelve finalists have to sign, basically giving their lives away. And, that theory is correct - partly.

Mario didn't just leave Idol blindly, hoping for the best in the future. This self-described 'ghetto boy' is smarter than that!

Vasquez left Idol because he has already been offered a very enticing record contract by none other than P. DIDDY!

A source that has worked with Puffy told PageSixSixSix.com exclusively, "He [Diddy] has offered Vasquez a deal."

Diddy does know how to spot talent!

I agree...I liked Nikko and Vonzell, but I have to give it to Carrie...she sounded good tonight, too. Anwar fell off tonight. He was better toward the end, but he started off real shaky. I think Simon definitely wants Carrie to win.

I have to admit that when Nikko first said he was singing Incomplete I was like :rolleyes:. But he did a better job than Sisqo's EVER done :D . Nikko definitely moved up on my list and even made me break out my cell to do some text messaging.


On the other hand, Mikaliah has GOT to go. She's like a odd hybrid of The Nanny and Tina from Road Rules.:o

I cosign with you Gina on that one! I was like..."R U SERIOUS?" but he really did the song well! And Vonzell...she is such a beautiful younglady and the VOICE!! I LOVE IT!! Anwar...not good as he usually is, but I still like him! Scott Savol is the bomb for real!! Carrie and Jessica, can really sing!

It seems as though there was a snafu in voting last night.

I like the way Nadia sings she really takes risks but last night, girlfriend should have sang another song.

Nikko still looks like Martin to me but last night he did very well, Anwar no words. Is is just me or did he darken his locs?

My prediction for the bottom three are Nadia, Constatine (sp?) and Mikkalyah.

I just heard about this on the radio. So everyone gets to sing again tonight and they'll have a special show tomorrow? Why can't they just re-run the show and then have people vote tomorrow off of that? I bet you anything that they planned this and someone gets kicked off that shouldn't go.
