Well, we moved from Oklahoma to Houston. Now we are getting ready to move from here to Durango, CO. We've bought a house and now are selling a house. I am still working as a special education teacher.
I did go to a few ivy circle events in Houston, but have been so busy....and the events are usually downtown and I live far up northwest. Ill add more later. Time for bed. Night! |

We are an extremely small chapter.... currently we have 8 members. It's a struggle, but we are working hard and will continue to work hard. I love Alpha Phi, and it has definitely made my University experience a less threatening one... For all the new girls.... STICK IT OUT!!! Alpha Phi will give you a lot in return for the work you put into it! |

Chapter: Theta Eta
School: University of Western Ontario Joined: Fall 2005 Status: Active Current Offices: Social - and aspiring VP Recruitment Why I Chose Alpha Phi: I actually had a pretty bad rush experience, but the girls at Alpha Phi were by far the best out of all the girls I met. After receiving my bids on bid day, I was reluctant to join any sorority at all, but I decided that I needed to talk to someone about it. The girl who stuck out in my mind most was this awesome girl named Dani, so I called the Phi House and got her number. She talked to me on the phone for three hours! And only the first 20 minutes or so were actually about sororities; she said she didn't want to cloud my judgement and coerce me into doing something I wasn't sure of, but when it came to Alpha Phi, she only had good things to say. I haven't looked back since! |
Chapter: Theta Eta
School: University of Western Ontario Year joined: 2005 Status: Active Current offices: VP-PD Why I chose Alpha Phi: Our chapter is very small, but this gave me an opportunity to get very involved in the chapter and help it grow. The girls in this chapter are genuinely friendly (all the sororities I rushed were friendly, but sometimes it seemed a little put-on) and easy to get along with. We all have a lot of enthusiasm! |
Chapter: Beta Pi
School: Univerity of Southern California Year Joined: 2006! Status: Active Why? Because Alpha Phi is amazing. I lovelovelove my new sisters more and more each day :) Yay for new initiates! |

phi roll call!
I just found this site and I think its amazing! I'm a new alpha phi, just got initiated a month ago! I hope I'm posting this right!
Chapter: Beta Eta School: U of Winnipeg (in manitoba, Canada) joined: fall 2006 status: new member why I joined alpha phi: because I could tell that phi sisters truely care about each other |
Hey Ladies
Chapter: Gamma Zeta School: University of Puget Sound Joined: Spring 2007 Status: Member Why I joined Alpha Phi: They were the classiest nicest girls on campus! |
Chapter: Xi
School: University of Toronto Year joined: Fall 2006 Status: Active Current offices: Director of Alumae Relations Why I chose Alpha Phi: I actually started school 2 years ago, and went through rush. I got sick pref night, didn't bid, and had to leave school. When I got back to school this year I decided to go through rush again and ended up loving Alpha Phi for the second time. I was amazed at how many of the girls remembered me, and where genuinely concerned for me and interested in what I'd been doing. The connection that I had felt with them 2 years ago was still there and it was easy to make connections with the newer girls. Alpha Phi is somewhere that I know I'm loved for who I am even if I'm still learning who that is! |
Welcome Taleah!
