I can't believe I will be starting my job on June 2.

I can't believe how nervous I am.

I can't believe, like a nerd, I am boning up on my new responsibilities before I can go over trainning.

I can't believe parents these days don't know how to deal with their kids.

And I can't believe kids can not be free to feel that they can discuss anything with them. I guess things has changed since I was a teen some years a go. :D

I can't believe that tomorrow is June but it feels like September outside.

I can't believe that the weather went from 65 degrees on Thursday to 86 degrees on Sunday. What a difference a few days make!



I can't believe that my air conditioner at home isn't working and I have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Thank god for fans, ice cold water, and ice cream!

Yeah, I can't believe the weather today either. I knew that when the weather would change it would be hot and humid. I hope you get your air fixed girl.

And for those inquiring minds who want to know what happened Memorial Day Weekend. I GOT THE BIG FORMAL INTRODUCTION!! He planned a big cookout in the park with everything from ribs to rice pudding. I met everyone aunts, uncles, cousins and all.

I can't believe the richest black county in America (Prince Georges County, MD) is being plagued by violence. Its 5 months into the year and over 70 people's lives have been taken away.

That's really sad.

I can't believe that I can't get black eyed peas out of my head. They were performing don't phunk with my heart in concert last week, and they got to the part where they were singing "I can be Bobby and you can be Whitney" simulating marijuana smoking.

I can't believe that I felt kinda bad for folks who had all of that money and opportunity and was livin up in smoke, the home version.

I can't believe I turned 5 mos old on June 8th.

I can't believe my birthday is 16 days away.

I can't believe Mike Tyson forfeited another fight.

I can't believe that my boy Mike is NOT GUILTY!!!

I can't believe that I'm gonna reveal that I'm afraid of Heights!
The Leadership Conference was great! I loved the Embassy Suites, however, I'm very afraid of heights. We were stuck on the 7th floor with a very open view of the other levels.

I already posted those in the "I Can't Believe Thread". But to answer your question, I think it sucks something horrible.:mad:

Obviously, there is no getting around me wearing blue, white, or yellow. However, I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER wear DSQ in conjunction with pink, green, blue, or yellow. EVER I SAY. ;)

I also never need to tell anyone what colors I look good in since I don't purchase anything without it meeting my approval.

The pictures that are floating around are disrespectful to not only Delta, AKA, and Sigma Gamma Rho, but to Zeta Phi Beta. When our respective founders chose our colors, they chose them to represent something SPECIAL for each org. For me to wear a blue and white shirt with DST in conjunction is disrespectful to both orgs.

i would agree with you, however, I don't think age or youth has anything to do with this. I believe that their actions were in very bad taste, and they should have known better. But what I really want to know is why didn't someone, ANYONE (prophytes, Sands, LS's, Frat brothers) not pull these ladies aside and say something.

If I EVER :mad: saw a Soror wearing DST in another color than Crimson/Cream (red/white) I WILL have a "conversation" with her..best believe!!!!

I certainly agree - as I stated on the other thread - their actions are tasteless!!!

I saw these via email and they are HORRID. However these are the TAMEST of the set of the pictures attached to the email....the entire thing is TACKY and I'm sure the FINER WOMEN of Zeta Phi Beta are just as P.O.'ed as the rest of us.

If the organization doesn't have a policy on it, nothing can be said. And even if they do, that's an internal matter in my opinion.

Colors can't be copyrighted to my knowledge...another Greek wearing their letters in black and gold is flattering. I wouldn't "like" it, but I am neither buying their clothes for them nor writing their organization's protocol on para.
