My coworkers were talking about Omarosa the other day and they said the heard she wanted to come out with her own clothing line.
Obviously just a rumor but has anyone else heard it?

mullet81 03-21-2004 01:31 PM

I think Nick has a good chance... for some reason Trump has a man crush on him - but I don't know why. Nick has NOT impressed me at all - he doesn't do anything special, he flies under the radar, and he's annoying!

I hope Troy wins :D Or Kwame - I like Kwame too!

texas*princess 03-21-2004 02:44 PM

"you're fired!"

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but Trump is seeking to trademark the phrase "You're fired!"

I read somewhere, I believe it was Us Weekly, that it was Jessy that was coming out with a clothing line that will be called Be Fired.

I heard that too. According to Us Weekly (w/J. Lo giving back the ring on the cover.) ...They mention 5 fired wanna-be apprentices.

Omarosa Manigualt-Stallworth: Still Hungry for Power
"I should've built alliances and been more strategic, played it more like Survivor." She is in negotiations to host a TV talk show. "The best thing I learned from Trump is the importance of branding. So I'm coming out with my own line of business suits and a book."

Heidi Bressler - Mom's doing well, and she's back as an Account Exec for Philadelphia telecommunications firm

Sam (the psycho) Solovey - filmed a Miss USA promo with the Donald recently, getting married in August to fiancee, Lori Levin.

Jessie Conners - She's writing a book and launching a fashion line called - what else? - Be Fired.

Kristi Frank - getting married May 1st to fiance, Peter Smaha (co-owner of her restaurant in Santa Monica: Juliano's. Poses in upcoming FHM with Amy Henry, Ereka Vetrini, & Katrina Campins from The Apprentice. They each nixed 6-figure offers from Playboy to go topless.

Damnit!

mullet81 03-25-2004 10:59 PM

Ok the show is half over - make your guesses now - WHO WILL GO?!?

It just might be Nick this week - UNLESS the Donald wants to get rid of Amy for screwing up?! or will it be Katrina?!

mullet81 03-25-2004 11:04 PM

I think Amy is gone for choosing her boy toy to go back up to the suite....

mullet81 03-25-2004 11:15 PM

Katrina is gone! But I do think she was a better player than Nick... he's so annoying!

dzsaigirl 03-25-2004 11:15 PM

Can I just say that Katrina is my new "American HAIR Idol" ????

I think she has such pretty hair. Too bad she is gone.

Also, I think that Amy should have been fired for wearing a skirt that was about 8 inches too short for the workplace.

AGDLynn 03-25-2004 11:23 PM

I rarely watch this show but watched the last few minutes.
I would have fired Amy. I don't think that she was very professional with her relationship with what's his name. Plus I was also thinking that SHORT skirt was inappropriate.

Looking at the sneakpeak for next week, looks like the 2 lovebirds are sniping at each other!;)

Lady Pi Phi 03-26-2004 10:55 AM

Good! I'm not the only one who totally thought Amy's skirt was far too short and very unprofessional.
I thougt Amy should have been fired. I thought Katrina worked really hard, and was not given the chance to shine by Amy. although Katrina should have been a bit more forceful. And Amy is a lying, manipulative beeyotch!!!! She totally chose Nick, because of their relationship. I so hope Amy gets played.

PM_Mama00 03-26-2004 11:28 AM

So who is left? I didn't get to watch last nite because of our stupid pointless mixer last nite.

And I think Nick will win anyways. The Gump has a man crush on him.

aabby757 03-26-2004 11:44 AM

I think BOTH Kaatrina and Amys skirts are way too short. In fact, most of the women's skirts were too short.

But I think Kaatrina uses her sexuality much much more than Amy but that is not necessarly a bad thing, but it does rub me a bit the wrong way.

ZTAngel 03-26-2004 11:51 AM

I was kinda surprised that she wore a skirt that short in a business setting. I've always been told to wear a skirt that comes to at least the knees. Some of the girls also wear very low cut shirts. I guess the reason they do that is because they're on TV and the producers want the women to show a little t and a.

I definitely think Amy should have gone this week. It was her idea and she messed up. I felt bad for Katrina.

Nick always has that smirk on his face. Everytime something good happens to him and something bad happens to someone else he starts to smirk. It's really annoying!

doubleblue&gold 03-27-2004 09:38 AM

Anyone notice that after Amy spent the night with Nick that she picked up the slimey smirker's grin? She was smirking just like him when Katrina got fired.

The two of them deserve whateer nasty thing the other does to them. Amy even admitted to the Donald that she would do whatever to win.

LeslieAGD 03-27-2004 09:58 AM

With the exception of stupid Nick, I like the people who are left. Personally, I think Bill and Amy are the best candidates.

AGDLynn 03-27-2004 10:31 AM

If Amy wins, she and D deserve each other. But I wonder how long it would take in the real work atmosphere to see what is really like!

docetboy 04-01-2004 01:47 AM

George and Carolyn were on Leno tonight...let me say this...

Carolyn is HOT!!!

WhirlwindTNX 04-01-2004 09:22 AM

Either Nick or Kwamee (sp?) are the next to go. They haven't done anything special, and Nick is just as crazy as Amarosa

Omarossa isn't crazy, she's just expressing what many African Americans face in corporate America daily. And if you don't believe me I can give plently personal examples.

She could do it in a more civilized way. That woman is a posterchild for the angry black woman stereotype.

It interesting, no one every faults the other chick for grabing Omarossa, telling her to shut up and being overally agressive, when Omorassa remained clam.

That was just one instance. But, what about all of the other instances when she acted arrogant and rude?

Guess what every strong black woman, no matter personality type is considered an angry black woman.

Did I say that? I said this was the issue with Omarosa, who clearly had a chip on her shoulder. I consider someone like Real World's Kameelah and even Coral on her good days to be a strong black woman. I'm sorry, Omarosa just doesn't fit that description.

I don't think I implied that you said that. My statements are my observations of being a strong African American woman in corporate America, hell in just being in American.
I have learned that if my white counter part and I make the same exact statement, she would be advocating, I would be protrayed as defensive, overly confident or too strong.

I also recal that Kameelah was said to have a major attitude by some in the past.

My point is that when an African American woman is strong because she knows the playing field is not level and we know we have to work harder we are deemed the angry black or the black woman with an attitude.

Also having worked in the NY commercial real estate field, I knowit to be male dominated and racist. I was asked questions by my white counterparts if my hair stood on top of my head if I didn't have it pulled back in the bun I was wearing at that time. I have witnessed the racist conversation. I work now with a coworker who's former company stated in writing that they do not sell to blacks.

I also believe in TV editing and the need for ratings so I really take what I see on tv with a grain of salt.

Trust me, as a Black woman...I know. Just because I said that doesn't mean I'm not Black. :)

Also, I was just stating my personal opinion.

mullet81 04-01-2004 10:46 PM

oh man... i think troy is going to be sent home :( in the previews they showed trump aying something like "that was the worst idea ever" and it was troy who came up with the opener/closer car salesman approach

dzsaigirl 04-01-2004 11:14 PM

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

mullet81 04-01-2004 11:17 PM

OMAROSA IS BACK?!?!

FAB*SpiceySpice 04-01-2004 11:25 PM

Man, I am so sad Troy went home!!! I totally could see him winning the whole thing. :( Oh well. I just really hope Nick or Amy don't win, I DO NOT LIKE THEM. Bah. :o

She's not back yet -- apparently she's going to be back next week for some drama.

I'm bummed that Troy was fired because I think he's done a great job -- but then, I didn't want Kwame to be fired either. So far, I find Nick the least impressive of those who are left.

AXO_MOM_3 04-02-2004 01:59 AM

Nick acts like such a baby. He needs to go home soon. I still like Kwaume (sp?) and Amy best. Troy was such a cutie, I'm so sad to see him go!
What's this about Omarosa being back? I totally missed that.

DWAlphaGam 04-02-2004 12:02 PM

I was sad to see Troy go, too, but you have to agree with Trump about him being a loose cannon and not quite responsible enough to run a multi-billion-dollar company. He comes up with crazy schemes, and sometimes they work, but they often do not.

In that way, I can see how Trump would pick Kwame over Troy, because although Kwame is not a strong leader (and for that reason, he won't win), he is smart enough to think things through before he does them, and he is smart enough to rely on the skills and talents of his teammates/advisors.

I worry because I think Trump really likes both Amy and Nick, but I don't think either of them should win. They're both too slimy and manipulative, and although I think they would be good at running the company at first, after awhile people would start to see through them and lose respect for them.

Personally, I think Bill is the best candidate for the job. Like Kwame, he recognizes when he should step back and let others come up with ideas, but he also has quite a few of his own. Unlike Troy, who comes up with an idea and runs with it without thinking it through, Bill comes up with an idea and considers its feasiblity before implementing it. And, unlike Amy and Nick, Bill has very strong ethics and will not screw over clients or coworkers just to get ahead—he knows that he can rely on his own skills to prove his worth instead of putting others down to make himself look better. (Plus, he's super-cute! eeeeeee! [I just had to throw that in. ;) :p])

ZTAngel 04-02-2004 12:06 PM

I really think Bill is going to become the apprentice. He can lead but is also laid back at the same time. I agree with you DWAlphaGam....Bill is a hottie! :)

Rain Man 04-02-2004 05:05 PM

Some fun - which Apprentice are you?

Take this quiz and find out what Apprentice you are:

I am....

Kwame (not surprisingly)

valkyrie 04-02-2004 05:10 PM

LOL, it says I'm Heidi, but I like to think I'm cuter. ;)

ZTAngel 04-02-2004 05:15 PM
