Good morning all! So excited to be here! Always wanted to pledge but as a single mom navigating parenthood, fulltime work, marriage, and school...never had the time. Its been a lifelong dream to join the Divine Nine! In high school we even made social clubs imitating your greatness! Now that my Masters is done (YAY Me) I think I finally have more to offer than just my enthusiasm.

Hi! I am a proud Chi Omega from TCU and the mother of three girls. One has been through rush at Ole Miss (EEK!) and one is getting ready to go through at Georgia Tech this fall. Doubt the third will want to participate, but time will tell!

I can tell you that rush at Tech isn't ANYTHING like rush at Ole Miss! :)

I sure hope you are right! I had known it would be rough at Ole Miss, but was unprepared for how rough it really would be for an OOS introverted girl. Fortunately my daughter landed on her feet and is very happy now. I am hoping for a bit smoother sailing for daughter #2!

Hi I am an old senior who have been regretting my Greek choice since the early 1970's. It was a chaotic time with no guidance from the panhelinic advisors who dirty rushed their own house! Now looking on how to fix the mistake I made and correct it.

How do I de-activate my mistake house that no longer exists on my original campus and join the house I really wanted even back then? It was such a mis-fit. I feel like I am being punished for the lack of guidance and the house mis-givings. The house chapter was even closed by the national office for what went on! We even had SLA members in it! Not me. Please tell me there is hope in rectifying my young misgivings. Thanks.

Short answer: You don't. No do-overs in NPC membership. One and done. You seriously are regretting events from 50+ years ago? Many people here don't even know what SLA stands for; I'm pretty sure Patty Hearst has put this in her rear view mirror by now. Sheesh.
