Hello everyone,

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm ram229 and I'm lovin' this site. One of the first things I do once I get home is see what's happening here. I really need a laugh once I get home from court and I never fail to get one from these posts.

I postponed my dream of becoming a Delta until I finished raising my son. Now that he's in college, I'm on my way. I don't know how long it will take before I've accomplished my goal, but I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to prove myself worthy of Delta.

Thanks for the welcome. I know in my first post I may have seemed extra perky, but really I am not. I am just excited. I am actually a very goofy person when you get to know me. I have looked through most if not all of the posts in this forum. I have yet to look in the other d9's forums. But I will put it on my to do list.

I currently live in the GREATER Northeast!!! What part were you from?

Mt. Airy before I moved to Chicago. I miss Philly a lot. I used to get home fairly often due to my job, but with all the cut backs I have not been able to get "home" as often.

I'm actually pretty new to Philly. Moved here about 2.5 years ago. I'm a suburb girl, but Philly's growing on me!! I'm trying to buy a home in the Mt. Airy section, but I'm also looking at the Overbrook section as well...Hopefully, next year I'll be a homeowner (among other things:D )!!

I guess that I never formally introduced myself. I started visiting this forum back in the day when the411 and DirectorDST were active on the board but I had a different user name then. I don't get the chance to visit much but I'll post when I can. :)
