Sidebar: I had no idea Survivor was still on television.

I'm flying into Houston Hobby this afternoon, and realized the last time I flew into that airport was to see my boyfriend at Rice, Spring Break when I was a Frosh. Which was sixteen years ago. It feels like yesterday.

We broke up at the end of our Freshman Year - he and his wife are now living in Seattle with two adorable daughters. No, I didn't psycho stalk him to know that. We're still friends.

I read a news story about Glenn Robinson's son committing to play basketball at Michigan next year. Glenn Robinson and I graduated high school the same year and I hated him with a passion when he was at Purdue. (since I was at IU!) And now his son will be in college next year. I feel ancient.

Using AOL was cool.

now that i'm working again, i hate that i need to get a decent amt of sleep (i.e. 6+hrs soo going to bed by midnight the latest) or else i don't feel clearheaded enough to grasp things. i'm SO GLAD it doesn't appear that we'll have meetings or it'd be a wrap for me.

I just realized that in another thread I reflexively said "rush" a few times. I am so old that it can't be helped.
