I'm mad you didn't call me out on my feminist rantings about the lyrics of Taylor Swift songs.

The Killa Bee costume is in my garage, I made a giant Wu-Tang necklace to wear with it. Worst part was my date for the night was dressed as Larry Craig (post bathroom scandal), it was ridiculous walking home. Drunk people were confused by us, and we were handing out candy from a plastic pumpkin.

"Are you a televangelist and the bee from the Simpsons?"

"Phil Donahue and the girl from the Blind Melon video?"

I listen to the Wu for entertainment, and they know who they are (RIP ODB) and it isn't to spread messages about blood diamonds or joining Broke Phi Broke. I have a special place in my heart for the Wu, to the point I made a Killa Bee costume and wore it for Halloween two years ago, and we made sure to swarm as a group.

They want to hit someone's balls with a spiked hammer, form like Voltron and the Gza happens to be the head, and they gonna swarm like Killa Beez!

For the win.

It is against the law in 50 states plus Canada for me to call anyone out on feminist rantings.

Those are awesome costumes. Those people don't know the Wu Tang symbol and that makes them horrible people. LOL

I talked with my fella about it over dinner last night, and I decided as icky as it makes me feel in her lyrics about Juliet being told she's getting married and the men in her life don't consult her; I feel ickier in the lack of knowledge in a famous play of a very well known author. The Fella has an English degree so he is not impressed either.

We're thinking of going as garden gnomes for Halloween. I'm Scandinavian and trolls/gnomes are huge in my culture, but all he has is leprechauns since he's Irish. If there's a huge political scandal plans may change.

The problem people are having is that this was obviously a CHILD...

Taylor Swift is 19 (going on 20 in December), which is old enough to drink and purchase ALCOHOL around these parts (and you can vote at 18 in my land).

She is a young adult, not a child.

The thing of it is is this. For some reason, many people seem to not really know the ending of Romeo and Juliet. Romeo and Juliet has for some reason been used to describe any young couple who care for each other.

christiangirl 09-17-2009 05:34 AM

^^^Isn't that a shame?

Meh, she's still a teenager. People tend to throw "child" at anyone with a "teen" still on the end of his or her age.

Soooo what was that thing sitting next to Beyonce? I'm talking about the lady with the frilly thing around her head...

Bahahahaha You know those obnoxious Facebook quizzes? I've now found one that I decided I had to take... "Where will Kanye interrupt you?"

My results: Childbirth. You love children. The best feeling you've ever had or will have is childbirth. Your kids won't even make it in the world without Kanye being there to t...ry to overshadow the moment. "Yo yo... Imma let you finish pushing in a whole minute, but you know..Jennifer Hudson had the best childbirth of all time." .

Haha one of my friends got during her Wedding

I'm pretty sure that's the only non-obnoxious quiz on facebook.

Perez Hilton has this on his website. I enjoyed for a minute or so, but then got angry when I was actually trying to read the website. Damnit, Kanye.

Bump because George Jones is effing awesome.

In an unrelated incident, Taylor's eyes are starting to freak me out (first on the SNL ad and now in the above picture).

Psi U MC Vito 11-03-2009 11:43 PM

I always thought that she seemed a bit off, and I do think it is the eyes.

BabyPiNK_FL 11-04-2009 12:38 AM

George Jones lost me when he claimed that liking two black artists that both happen to be dead as qualifying him for having "an open mind". Who is he again? And why should I pick up his album EXCLUSIVELY sold at CRACKER BARREL?

Yes, Taylor's eyes do sometimes look "different" but God gave her eyes and she can see and she's still pretty, can't hope for more than that I suppose! :-D

Love Carrie, don't like Taylor so much.

I have to disagree with Mr. Jones. I wish Taylor would STAY with country and stay the hell off of my Pop radio stations :p
