Man, I step away for a couple hours and this thread blew up! I hate when I miss all the fun!

But I really just stopped in to say Tippie, I noticed your location a while ago and have meant to say something about it because it's genius, and I will happily take John Cusack off your hands kthxbye.

I am just saying this not to call you names or be rude, but I'm confused. You can say I'm a big mean ol' biatch, and frankly, I don't care.

You just joined Kappa Delta as a new member, today or yesterday. You claim it is your top choice, you're happy there, you love the girls, heck you can even share it with your relatives because they are members. You got what you wanted in the end, so why are you on GC talking about being released and perceived fakeness instead of spending time with your new sisters? To be blunt if I found out a new sister from my chapter was hung up and focused on the groups who didn't want her, when we extended her a bid and welcomed her into our sisterhood in the past 24 hours, I'd definitely have a look like :confused: on my face and be thinking WTF?

It is Friday night, you just joined a sorority, why are you on GC posting about the other sororities and not spending time with your new sisters?

uk2011, time to start your own thread if you have a beef. This thread is about someone else and you don't need to be hijacking it with whatever your beef is- since quite frankly I don't get it.

it's fine. i don't mind, people ask and I tell them why I chose Zeta. I tell them the story and how ZTA really chose me. I wouldn't say it's more special. It was VERY special though. My big sister whom has now left :mad: also had her step mom contract breast cancer. It's just a neat story and the reason I told it was to show how things that happen are meant to be. If it doesn't happen, it wasn't meant to happen. So, don't force things.
