And for more information on kinds of lightbulbs, click http://www.1000bulbs.com/Light-Bulbs/ :D

1 to ask if anyone with a Baird's can tell us whether lightbulbs ever existed at XYZ University

DaemonSeid 04-22-2008 09:56 AM

2 to debate about the history of the lightbulb with one leaving a long winded post about where the lightbulb originated and any correlations to any original GC'ers who installed the lightbulb in the first place with the 2nd person refuting the claim with this link

You do realize that you'll have to leave 12 million dollars and 12 million light bulbs to your dog, now, don't you?

Well, that'd be ok if I HAD 12 million;)

dukemama 04-22-2008 02:18 PM

7 GCers to question whether or not the lightbulb maximized its options.

VandalSquirrel 04-22-2008 03:12 PM

I heard a rumor that because of a donation by an alumna we can never have red light bulbs on my campus because of brothel laws :(

nittanyalum 04-22-2008 03:18 PM

4 to refute your red light law
1 to say that's it's true on her campus too
1 to bring awesome legal knowledge and lay the smackdown
4 people to say oh snap
followed by another 1 to say that it's true on her campus too

*facepalm*

DaemonSeid 04-22-2008 03:31 PM

so after we have counted all of this up...how many GCers is it taking so far to change this one lightbulb?

NutBrnHair 04-22-2008 03:50 PM

Wait!

If a lightbulb has been used by a local...can it later be used in an NPC chapter house?

You'd need to talk with the installing electrician. Some wiring is specific to locations and the wattages may vary. In general, it should be safe to transfer it over, but it's always safer to ask before you risk burning the bulb out in either socket.

But even though it's a lightbulb (and lightbulbs the world over share a lightbulb bond), maybe the new place won't let the lighbulb join in their lightbulb games...

Just a thought.
