It really hurts when folks profess their interest and fail to follow protocol, etiquette and directions. These rules are in place for civility, sisterliness and organizational management for over 100 years.

I agree with you 100%! I knew something wasn't clicking when she asked about the G.P.A. It's in bold print on the website and what's so sad is that she could have avoided all this by going to the website and taking the time to read the information. She could have purchased "The Divine Nine" as well and receive the same information. Why are people so lazy to do something simple as reading the literature? :(:confused:
