Let's ditch the party system.

Everyone can be eligible for write in votes and whoever gets the most loses -- I mean wins.

No campaigning. Just a big popularity contest.

Either that, or just let Oprah pick the winner.

As things progress, I might even agree with her. As usual, I'll wait a while to make up my mind on person and party.

He could give her a cabinet post or ambassadorship.

Going a slightly different direction:

Power obviously is the ultimate head trip.

Why else would super rich people spend so much to try to get a job that pays so little in comparison?

Doesn't seem worth it to me.

But if somebody wants to give me lots of money and support my candidacy, I'll get back to you on that theory.
