Salem is 7 months and he is already developing one. It jiggles when he runs and it makes me laugh. The black cat I had growing up also had one.

My cat has an "udder belly" too. She is not black. She is an orange, brown, and black tabby. I always joke and call it her "swinging fat sack". My cat is also a runt which is the reason for her really short legs.

YES when he runs it wobbles back and forth. It's most hilarious! We call him "belly boy", which I don't think he likes but it's so dang cute!

I just gave my dog a little piece of tangerine, and she seemed so confused about how to eat it! Maybe the texture freaked her out.

Forrest loves oranges (and will take the peel off wedges we give him), grapefruit, apples, but his end all be all is celery. He will turn down steak for celery. He's such a funny pup.

Here is a picture of him on our camping trip over Christmas.

And the aftermath.... him zonked out with his head under our bed. He does this so that the morning sun won't get into his eyes. He's not an early riser.... :D

YES! I always wondered what was up with that-- my non-black cats don't have it so I always wondered if it was because of his surgery he had as a kitten (he had an undecended testicle so when he went to be neutered, they had to open him up to find it). Now I know!

Piglet, my daughter's rescue kitty (he's 8) and the late lamented Houdini, my pet chicken killed by neighborhood dogs.

I really loved that chicken.

You don't give Forrest the whole apple, right? Like you take out the core (seeds and all?) Martini loves apples but i'm so scared to give him some because I don't want a seed to accidentally get in there (since i've heard the seeds are poisonous to dogs).

We do give him the whole apple, but he doesn't eat the seeds. He will leave them all for Mommy to pick up. He's 8, and been eating them like that for years and we've NEVER had a problem. He's also kind of weird in that he will take things down and break them into small pieces and then eat the small pieces. Including popcorn... it's really kind of funny.

SWTXBelle, Kaiser Chief is soooo adorable! I love bulldogs and boxers, so he had my heart at first sight. :) He reminds me of Hot Lips, the late boxer of my very BFF from high school. We loved that dog. They are so sweet natured. :)
