LOL - I was following the LIVE COVERAGE on LA's Fox News channel. It was pathetic. (meaning, me actually watching the coverage!) |

So, I'm thinking this should do it for her ever having custody of her kids... of course celebrities get a zillion chances!

As stated earlier, everything's documented. Heck, even legal counsel said his source of info was TMZ.com! |
From CNN:
"By about 10:30 p.m., six police cars, two ambulances and a fire truck had entered the gated community that includes Spears' house. Several police cars were seen in the area earlier in the night." It took how many people to bring her down, including a fire truck? So where was the SWAT team? Danny Ocean and crew could have brought her down without all of that:) |
Ohhh, my gosh, I'm just catching up on all this. What a mess. Seeing those pictures of her (I couldn't get the video to play of her getting taken out on the gurney) I really don't think this is any kind of p.r. stunt, that girl is MESSED UP. And those poor little boys, especially that little baby. The article said she locked herself in a room with him and the police had to "come through the door." Can you imagine how terrifying that must have been for him? You know she was probably yelling/screaming her head off (and probably peppering plenty of profanities about), then there are loud male voices outside the door and then they bust down the door to get in and grab you away from mommy (insane though she may be)??!??? Yeah, not TOO much scarring going on. Thank goodness they're still so young, but this will affect them. And like someone else pointed out, every single second of this is being documented in print, video and pictures. They'll never, ever escape it. Hey, good luck with that baby-thing, Jamie Lynn. GREAT family fold you're adding to.

Didn't see if this was mentioned specifically, but according to one of the big 24/hr news networks she's being held in the hospital on the grounds that she's a "danger to self or others" Generally that's up to 72 hours if she doesn't agree to sign herself in. Though I don't know CA's laws.
|
Most hospitals have an involuntary hold of at least 72 hours, after that, if you are not a threat to self or others, then you can be released.

i think it's all so sad... her THIRD lawyer quit. she lost all visitation.
i know lots of people said this awhile back, but really, after this, there is no bouncing back. i doubt anyone will ever see her perform live or have new cd's ever again. |
