Right, but she is going there on her own, not as an XYZ. Well, everyone knows she's an XYZ, but it's not an XYZ sanctioned event. XYZ's name is not affiliated with the event.

I think in the event of a lawsuit, XYZ would most certainly be named.

In the RARE chance that EVERY member of XYZ went, I guess it's possible. But how many fraternity formals have you been to with ALL of your sisters and NO other NPC women or GDIs???:rolleyes:
