Here is the Qquestion that I have about this whole topic....

It's been 10 plus years since this whole thing went down and concluded and I am sure that since that time, OJ has been denied admittance to plenty of other places, so.....what is the big deal about THIS particular incident...Ruby went in the back where OJ and his 12 guests were sitting, asked him to leave...OJ and his people left quietly....end of story....so....why is this a story to begin with?

Is Ruby in need of 5 minutes of fame because HE was the guy that kicked OJ out?


Now the race card thing from OJ's side...thats a bit ridiculous too....

Now what would happen if Robert Blake was to walk in...........

I think the big thing was that OJ's crew wanted to sue for racial discrimination.

The articles I have read says that it's just SIMPSON himself suing Ruby.
Still...there is really no point to this story here other than one person who kicked Simpson out.

Fine, the story is the OJ wants to sue Ruby. That's why it's news. His lawyer was mentioned in the story commenting as well. Oh yeah, and claiming it was racism instead of sleaze-bagism.

Surprisingly, no one has spoken up and admitted to dining with OJ, which would be required to actually be able to sue. They must be really close, dedicated friends to avoid commenting to the media like that. :rolleyes:

I'm sure Ruby called up the paper and said "Hey, I kicked out OJ want to write a story?" It couldn't be that the reporters saw the case, or that someone else, either waiter or customer, leaked the story.
