Hmmm. I was just about to post that he seems a lil' feminine.
Does he ever relax and have a good time? He always seems so angry.

eta: Cami is a phoney biotch.

I'm not sure why everyone is soo down on Cami. I actually appreciated the way she was looking out for Kendra when Kendra told her that she and Tyler were talking again.

Also, remember people that when you are in high school, you are usually very catty (and won't even get into how "reality tv" edits footage).

Speak for yourself. ;)

Some of us didn't mingle in catty and pretentious circles nor did our parents allow us to lose touch of reality outside of our bubbles. We also had better things to do (such as being AP scholars and working after school :)) than being fast asses who date fast and funny looking boys, going on grown folk-type trips, spending loads of $ shopping, sipping lattes, hanging out in skimpy outfits, and sitting around gossiping about who's hooking up with who.

Oh yeah, I'm hard on Cami because she looks kinda funny and lets Kyndra run over her (in the footage we are shown). But she has a nice figure.

Am I being catty? :(

What is a grown-folk type trip? What is wrong with traveling in HS?

There is nothing wrong with traveling in high school, UNLESS your a sophomore/junior going with a whole group of your friends down to Mexico w/o any supervision. That's not something you do in high school...sorry.

Without a chaperone? Everything.

Exactly.

Those scenes from previous Laguna Beaches where they were in Cavo(sp) dancing in club-type settings and shacking up for the weekend were a mess.

And I also wanted to point out that these trips weren't school sanctioned either...because we all know LBHS didn't allow for official school stuff to be filmed.

In light of the Natalie Holloway/Aruba tragedy, I really think that they had a chaperone for all these trips because NWIH would any normal parent let their minor kid go off on a vacation like that (I guess, unless you're macallan25's mom and dad). They portray Laguna parents to be hip and cool, I wouldn't doubt it if they really had a parent (or parents) there and they were just not filmed.

Bad parenting.

I would hope a parent is there but I wouldn't be surprised if not.

It's kind of funny to imagine some parent watching Kristen dancing on a bar and kissing a dude while Stephen walks up to her and yells "slut!!" :D

I'm glad you know so much about my parents from an internet message board.....so i'd appreciate it if you left shitty comments like that to yourself.

The times I went to Mexico with a LARGE group of people by ourselves was right accross the border via Austin and San Antonio. I'm pretty sure we were mature enough to handle it.

Going to nice places though......of course my parents went. I wanted them to. They pay for everything.

Indeed. But there's a difference between "bad parenting" and "bad parents."

Letting children do things that minors shouldn't be allowed to do is a common mistake and bad parenting. But you lived to tell about it.

Now, if you just traveled for about an hour for a daytrip to Mexico (something I still wouldn't have been allowed to do as a child and wouldn't let my child do) then that might be different. And if you were just exaggerating your experiences so that you could fit in with the Laguna crew and make a point, shame on you for making your parents look BAD. :)
